more than just an excellent experience

Since my first contact with Ms. or Miss Violeta, I always turn directly to her. So far, that has included three cruises — she takes care of everything, finds the best options, gives advice, and offers competitive and fair prices. I hope we’ll continue to collaborate like this for a long time.
She even fills in my personal details, so I don’t have to… In short, more than just an excellent experience.

At the end we solved everything

I wrote a review about a cruisetopic and a bad experience regarding refund after not being able to go on a cruise. After review the customer service contacted me (Greta) and solved our problems. Greta was really helpful and managed everything to be solved. We got our refund.

I booked and paid for one cabin…

I booked and paid for one cabin (outside, so your agent contacted me and asked to change the cabin, and changed me to a cabin with a partially blocked view for the same amount. Upon arrival at the pier, I was given a cabin with a partial view, i.e. the view was only 10% and 90% blocked. I believe that this cabin did not correspond to the money I paid. I tried to talk to the ship's reception, I was told that it was not their fault. I tried to contact you but to no avail. Sunday was 1.06. The agent only contacted me in the evening and told me "that I got exactly what I booked". After 3 days, they offered me a really adequate cabin for the money I paid. However, it still says that I spent 3 days in very poor accommodation for my money. Please refund those funds, i.e. the difference in the price of accommodation. Danica Tomašić

While it is true that your assigned cabin matched the category confirmed prior to departure, we acknowledge that your perception of its quality did not align with your expectations. We're also sorry for any delay in communication and for the discomfort you experienced during those initial days.

We’re pleased that a more suitable cabin was eventually arranged, and we truly appreciate your patience during that process. However, we understand that this solution came after you had already spent several days in a cabin that you felt did not reflect the value of your booking.

Your request for a partial refund, reflecting the difference in quality for those three days, has been duly noted.

We are currently reviewing your case internally and will follow up with a formal response regarding possible compensation as soon as the evaluation is complete.

The worst customer service

Was dealing with them for 4 years
However ,this year service is soooo poor!!!
I have requested to share a quotation for a cruise on 14th April , but unfortunately no matter how many times I did follow ups - they are just ignoring the request !
