CR Smith - Windows, Doors & Repairs Reviews

The joiners that came to carry out the work were brilliant. No issues and carried out the work to a high standard.
Painter also work efficently. All very interactive and friendly

We are absolutely thrilled with our new windows and doors! From start to finish, the entire team has been incredibly professional. A big thank you to the salesman, Lee, for his help, and a special shoutout to the fitters, Robbie and Pele. They did a wonderful job with the installation and were extremely careful to keep everything tidy and mess-free. You can see straight away that the products are high quality—even without having our heating on, we can already feel a huge difference in the warmth of our home. I’m a very happy customer and look forward to doing business with them again in the future. Highly recommended!"

Outstanding service from day one across all areas of the business. Excellent communication before, during and after. Raymond and his team of joiners on the day were friendly, very efficient and extremely considerate. I was able to confidently leave my property to allow them to get on with the job without any concerns. This made it so much easier for me to manage normal daily life throughout the week. Any issues were logged daily with a clear plan in place for follow up. Raymond kept me updated throughout offering reassurance at every stage. Thomas, the Senior project manager visited within 30mins after completion for inspection and again was excellent. The biggest win for me is the piece of mind I have about the quality of product, quality of service and fitting and the ongoing after care.

Installation team did a great job replacing all our windows and doors. The Installers were friendly and helpful and helped to reduce the stress of the whole experience. Just the painter to come and complete the work next week. Thanks to Mike and John's teams.

Well organised procedures with old fashioned customer care, which is greatly missed these days.

Staff very thoughtful regarding the operation and completion of work carried out.

Great communication throughout the process. The fitting process was very smooth, I was able to work from home with minimal interuption and they left the area clean. The door looks great, well finished.

The team that came to fit the windows were punctual, friendly and kept me updated every step of the installation. My wife and I were very impressed with the service and would like to thank Robbie, pele, Kieran and Bailey for their work. Would absolutely recommend CR Smith

Professional fitting and clean up. Alec and team did a wonderful job.

The joiners/fitters did a great job removing the old and installing the new door and side panel. They removed all old material and cleaned up thoroughly. Great job.
This would have been a five star review had the scheduled fitting day been kept and not delayed by two weeks.

CRSmith Fix have replaced sealed units for us on the past. We contacted them again to replace an old sealed units. The estimator came as arranged and measured up and gave us a quote for the job. As the door was old and an unusual design he advised an experienced fitter would attend to complete the job. The office staff were helpful when booking the job in for the estimate and the repair to be done.
The fitter, Thomas, was very experienced and had done the previous repair. He arrived on time and got on with the job. The door had to be taken apart and re assembled to take the old unit out and replace the new one. He was v professional and did the job to our complete satisfaction. Great service for a door that wasn’t made by this company. Quality job, good service, experienced staff.

Excellent every time! Thank you

Alec who fitted the doors and windows done a great job. He worked extremely hard as on his own for majority of the time over the three days. Good workmanship and work ethic throughout and cleared up before leaving each day.
Would have given 5 stars but although painting completed on frames today there was no attempt to touch up the small areas outside of the frame which will need to be followed up on.

Received a call from the installer prior to arrival on installation day. Matty and Lewis arrived and worked quietly non-stop from the time they arrived until they left, tidying as the went along and before leaving. They were joined by another Matty as the worked progressed; he checked in with me several times and confirmed that he'd call the office with details of the work completed,
Very happy with our new windows and communication with all staff: from dealing with Peter the sales representative again and having the benefit of his expertise, the office staff who booked in the surveyor, installation dates and dealt with the follow-up calls.
I have no hesitation in recommending Peter, Matty, Matty, Lewis and CR Smith for any work that you are think of undertaking. Thanking you all.

Thank you guys, wonderful job.

From the start of the process, right through until the end CR Smith have been very professional. Lewis installed the door today and was very good at his job, but also very friendly and took the time to explain everything. He was very trustworthy and i would highly recommend the company.

From start of purchase every one was friendly and kept us informed.

The installation of the windows went without any problems and installed as promised.
The changes to the inside window collour was noted and acted upon.
When it became necessary to alter the planned day of installation, the date change was agreed upon without any problems.

Very happy with the whole process of having my new door installed, from initial visit to final installation. Lewis, the fitter, was excellent, in spite of the atrocious weather on the day, everything was left tidy. Great customer service & would definitely recommend.
