CR Smith - Windows, Doors & Repairs Reviews

I had windows installed 18 months ago and recently had a problem with one window .Kyle the project manager visited me at home to see and advise me regarding this . Within a couple of days I was contacted to arrange a visit to replace the window which was completed this week .Very satisfied with the excellent customer care. Many thanks to Kyle for his help and reassurance that they would do their best to help .

The experience I’ve had with CR Smith recently is nothing short of substandard, and that’s being generous in my opinion.

Ordered new windows and door recently and have had constant issues consecutively. The windows were bowed but it took 3 separate engineer visit to spot it even though I showed them. Handles weren’t fitted properly and falling off. Hinges not fitted securely. The door was fitted with the wrong glass which still isn’t resolved and this will be the third time they are due to turn up and replace it. Now the door is also bowed.

Don’t buy from CR Smith, you’ll regret it.

Perfectly fitted. Great finish. From sales, surveyors, fitters, and painting professional throughout. Big thanks to Brian, Phil, Shaun, Findlay and Pawel from CR Smith for making the process seamless. Delighted with the finished product.

Had a new front door fitted this morning by Kieren and Bailey 🫠 I would like to say how professional and courteous they both were. They did an an amazing job and I'm very happy with the service I received. They are a real credit to CR Smith 👏 🤩 would highly recommend 👌

To be honest, I was a bit apprehensive about dealing with a double glazing/door company.
From the start when Paul came to visit we were put at ease and not pressured at all.
Following his visit the whole process was very simple and the joiners done an amazing job.
I have no hesitation about recommending CR Smith to anyone.

Great experience with CR Smith from the estimate which was scheduled quickly to the install from Stevie & Dylan who repaired some older windows which needed to be made useable again. Both guys were professional and got the job done quickly. Very happy with the service. Would recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Fantastic quality, well worth paying for the professionals. Everyone i met and spoke to were great and they take pride in there work. Can't fault them.

Marco and Kerr were amazing. Worked really quickly, keeping us informed on any issues they found. Cleaned up after themselves. Walked through the operation of the windows, made sure we were happy. Totally satisfied. From survey to installation happy to recommend CR Smith from start to finish.

We’ve had a problem with one of our windows for ages and so when I saw an ad for Fix by CR Smith I got in touch
Jason has just left and the draughty window that we’ve tolerated for years is now draughty no more.
20 minutes was all it took and he explained what he was doing too.
I’m delighted with the result and can’t thank him enough
I’ll now actively recommend Fix to family and friends

Called the FIX service from CR Smith to perform some PVC window and door repairs and everything was speedy, straightforward and transparent. Jason, their assessor came out a few days after the phone call and provided a quote, being very helpful with his advice. Then a few days later, Wayne and Connor came out and carried out the work, both being extremely helpful, professional and tidy.
