Ended up at CRS on a whim following my vehicle being rear-ended, albeit minor damage, Mark gave a quote on the day and booked me in for the following week. Looks are definitely deceiving with this place, the quality of the work and the attitude of the management and staff are second to none. Repairs done within the day, even with Mark having to stay over an additional 3 hours to get it done the same day and back to me, which he did with no complaints. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough, extremely satisfied following what could’ve been a far more stressful experience. Should I ever need any services again (hopefully not) I would 100% trust them with my vehicle again!

After a parking prang on my KIA by my neighbour’s daughter, she was struggling to find a body shop to repair the damage which we thought was reasonable and reliable.
Luckily we found CRS Ltd Body Repairs in Darlaston …
Looks can be deceptive when you walk into the yard … but trust the reviews online.
The boss, Mark is well experienced in body shop repairs and has a good eye for detail - and works hard to do an excellent job … at a competitive price in a reasonable time … He has a paint mixer colleague around the corner who he has worked with for years … so colour matching wasn’t a problem.
Will definitely use again … if the need arises. (Fingers crossed no more prangs this year).
