The staff are quite helpful until there's a problem and you need to make a return. You have to jump through hoops, sending photos etc even when it's just a small amount. still not had a refund after over 2 weeks and when I phoned to enquire I was questioned as though it was 100s of pounds, lady quite unpleasant on the phone.
I purchased an Apple Mac for my daughter via Amazon. It was described as "as new" and it was. It was pristine other than not having an Apple box you would not know it wasn't brand new. It came loaded with the uptown date operating system and it works perfectly. Very happy.
Quick delivery and well packaged. Really good condition, a couple of minor blemishes. It is for my daughters birthday on 4th July so will know more once she’s used it but everything seems to work. Very pleased so far!
