Best service at Crown with Scott and his team
Scott and his team at Crown are by your side every step when you decide to make the best decision financially to your mortgage debt. They provide quick response's via email, phone or even zoom. You don’t get that type of service with a typical bank. Every question is answered and you are treated with the most respect and valued client everytime. We built our house in 2013 and we have been with Crown since October 2023. To be honest, I feel we wasted those 10 years on the typical offset bank loan structure, we got no where. The first 6 months with Crown was way better than the previous 6 years with typical bank. We don’t worry about our mortgage or our financial position, we are on track to being debt free set in our plan. Our only regret is we didn’t do this sooner.

We’ve been on the program for just over two years now, and we still pinch ourselves when we look at where we are financially compared to where we started. Our money is finally working for us now, instead of feeling like we were constantly stuck in a cycle where the big banks kept us in debt. Our financial life now feels organised, intentional, and genuinely stress-free - something we honestly didn’t think was possible before joining.

We recently moved across to Crown Money. From the first meeting with Scott, their philosophy around money just made sense. So much sense it made me wonder how we had not done this sooner!
Everything was explained to us in simple terms and very easy to get your head around. There was such a relaxed vibe and no pressure whatsoever, which I felt showed how genuine they are about helping every day Aussies be financially free sooner.
