Never received order
I placed an order worth £40 a few weeks ago and I am still waiting for it to arrive. The worst thing is that they do not respond, I have written several emails and tried the 24/7 live chat numerous times but even in working hours there is no sign of anyone dealing with customer queries. Very disappointed and £40 short.

Awful and slow customer experience
I ordered in February, the parcel was lost, they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced they take about a week to reply and are extremely unhelpful. Eventually I managed to get them to send a replacement which arrived in April. Product is fine but I wouldn't ever order from them again due to their awful unhelpful and slow customer service

Don’t order
Item never arrived even with next day delivery. Emailed in, no response and live chat on website doesn’t work, nobody responds so not active, let alone live.

Customer service- awful
Item quality is amazing, but when it comes to contacting customer support, its awful, ive been waiting for a return label for a week now. Till today, I have not got it. So im leaving 1 star until it gets sorted.
