Great use fulll

Crowdology reacted tomorrow issue and rectified it very quickly.

crowdology always provide lots of interesting surveys and are an enjoyable panel to be a part of

Often have very interesting surveys, although their website is rather disorganised on terms of being able to access all available surveys.

Too many repeat invitations, which are then usually refused.
The same screening questions, quite often immediately after the previourvey

Overall very good with lots of varied surveys
Good communication and rewards are prompt with plenty of choice and efficient delivery.

Most of communications are clean and to the point sadly you have a tendancy to register some items that are not relevant to me and blow me out

Great survey site. Regular surveys delivered, which are easy to complete and very interesting and enjoyable. Rewards are paid quickly and there is a good selection of payment options to suit your individual needs.
I have experienced technical issues in the past, but this was resolved really effectively with great support from the tech team.

Scamers.scammers, extorting data. They block accounts and do not pay money

Very nice people to deal with especially the support team who have always found a solution to some problems that needed to be dealt with.

Surveys easy to complete

I rarely get surveys that I can complete. I get this one just now. I’m 70. It asks do I work, what dept, etc. I have filled in my profile. Surely with my age and retired I shouldn’t be receiving any of work related surveys

Good surveys and supportive staff.i am happy and draw down a small amount every week or so so it works for me

I have been with Crowdology for seven happy years and completed a variety of surveys ie 2200 in total.The Crowdology staff like Anjali Waid could not be more pleasant, helpful, expert and sympathetic.In all those enjoyable years the only bump in the road, as others have found, is when CINT challenge a survey and delay payment.

Recently used Crowdology and had payouts without issue. However can’t login at moment.

I am still waiting for Crowdology to provide a working and useable link as promised in their reply to my last review. Although I have written a number of times to the support team they continue to ignore my emails. If this can not be resolved please pay me what it owed.

Crowdology is very keen to be seen to respond, and say that money has been paid and that a new link is being sent. So on 25 June there has been no communication whatsoever, no new link and no attempt to do anything helpful. The payment in March was made because of the comments I made on Trustpilot and it is the subsequent money that is owed that there is no mention of. Come on Crowdology - stop ignoring emails sent to your support system, and start focusing on the people you need to carry out your business. What I said is if you insist on keeping me off your site then pay me what is owed (even though it doesn't met your minimum payout requirement) or get me back in to a properly working system instead of continuing to exclude me.
