I have always used Crowdology without any issues. However this time I needed to cash out to pay a bill and I have never received payment. I worked for hours on surveys to build up my funds and then my cash never arrived in my PayPal as it usually does. I’ve contacted them twice since then, to which I’ve had no reply. They have just decided to close my account and not give any answer or the money they owe me. Only a month ago I would have said their great, now I say avoid this company

Update: They have said that conveniently my account has been terminated after a comprehensive review. I along with many other users have seemingly had this problem with crowdology as soon as you need to cash out. I’m a university student, worker and carer so I do surveys for the only few hours I have in the evenings to help pay my bills. You will spend hours doing surveys for no payout. AVOID, Scamming activity

Caroline was very friendly and helpful in making sure I received the November bonus payment.

Was offered a bonus for carrying out surveys in November. Received email at end of month, asking if I had received the bonus and offering to chase it up for me if I had not. Money came through two days later.

Immediate responses with explanations and prompt resolution. Could not have been bettered!

I had an issue with a bonus payment and emailed crowdology with an expected reply of 5 days. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply within a couple of hours from a lady called Caroline. She was extremely helpful and explained everything. She promised to get back to me today and did and query resolved. It’s great to have someone who does what they say they will. Well done Caroline

Crowdology gave a November Bonus for all completed surveys earning more than £5 & sent email to advise date of payment. In the event of non payment by stated date asked to advise Crowdology. No payment received by due date so emailed & Caroline sorted payment so promptly bearing in mind there must have been a lot of failed payments.

Very quick response to query asked. Great customer support.
