I placed an order for 3 products, and 2 of the supplements arrived completely opened. I contacted customer support, and they told me to send the empty and crushed boxes back at my expense. Customer support is slow to respond via email. Not recommended if you want to waste your time and money.

Ordered from these chaps for years, only ever had 1 problem with a delivery and they went above and beyond to sort it. Very happy. Products are great too; I put dexter pre-workout into 000 capsules and have a couple in the morning with my coffee - good nootropic etc and clears your head (before I go to the gym on my lunch).

Purveyors of the finest chalk in tablet form. It's even scored to look like a tablet.

I got the order after 3 weeks. I waited 2 weeks for tracking information, which is first generated when it has been shipped to their european warehouse. So be patient. I think the information about shipping they deliver could be more informed before checkout for better costumer satisfaction.
But i will give them some stars for delivering stuff that is not easy to come by anywhere in europe!

Ordered and paid for 2 items only one sent one item , not happy and customer I did get fast reply waiting on refund.

I placed an order that was never shipped — they never provided a tracking code nor proof of shipment. After several emails, they cancelled my order without my confirmation, charged me a 5% cancellation fee, and did not refund the shipping cost, despite the fact that the product was never dispatched.

Their website falsely claims 5-7 extra business days for EU delivery, but only after payment do they reveal via email that their courier ships to Europe once a week, taking at least 7 business days to reach their warehouse — followed by another 5 business days to deliver to the customer.

Customer service is anonymous, unprofessional, and evasive, and their phone number never answers. Think twice before ordering from them!

Bunk phenibut. Just lost £42.

They are happy to take extra fees from me for next day delivery, even though they had no intention to fulfil the order next day. When I queried with them they advised to read their shipping policy. They shouldn't offer this service if they can't deliver it, no customer reads shipping policies.

I’ve been buying for a few years with crossthelimits now and all I can say is there products are genuine and customer service is excellent, I’ve had some problems with my card as I ask from Tenerife but they sort it out given me a different link even at 22.00 at night….. highly recommended awesome company

First time ordering from this company and speedy delivery. I like how they stock a complete range of Hi Tech pharma supplements its really hard to find this brand in the UK so am glad they have them. Customer service/interaction is very good too i was kept up to date with the tracking information too so cannot complain, 5/5 stars from me. I'll be back for more supps. :-)
