Recently attended a training session with the Cross Productions Team - what a productive and very inspiring learning day. Excellent training - very thorough and inspiring left me hanging on every stage. Very on point and the teams knowledge in Marketing is exceptional. Thank you Evan-May Gillott you was a true champion in your field I am already putting your training into practice, and I feel much more confident now - cant wait to learn more from you when we meet again.

The problem I was facing was I just did not have the time or the desire to complete my own social media. I needed a company that set out to understand what I am about and why I am different. After a number of conversations with Jenny Cross, I made the decision to work with Cross Productions.
Initially, I was a little nervous about whether Cross Productions would be different due to having spent 3 years trying to get this area of my business right. I was not disappointed. Jenny spent over an hour with me taking me through a discovery meeting so she and one of her team could understand me better. Then I was assigned to Katie, not a team just one person who has set out to get to know my clients and why I am different. Katie has a quarterly face to face meeting with me, contacts me every week with my postings and shows me once a month the following month's plan so I am happy with what is been posted.
All my social media is now handled by Katie and Cross Productions. Yes, I do send them lots of material but now I enjoy doing it, the stress has gone from dealing with Social Media.
If you have been through the social media pressure and have not found a company that can represent you and be focused on you and your clients I would say give Cross Productions a call I cannot recommend them enough.

Having attended the 2021 Niche Business Awards, the Cross Production team must be recognised for organising and delivering an outstanding ceremony. The event was organised with military precision and is one of the best events I've had the pleasure of attending.

It can't have been easy to organise such a mammoth event but delivered they certainly did.

I needed a new provider of PR and marketing services, including looking after my social media and helping me issue occasional newsletters to my database of contacts. This is time-consuming work and, as a one-man band, I found it difficult to keep up with this aspect at the same time as doing the professional work for which I was earning fees.

The team at Cross Productions have taken over that role very effectively. They are professional, efficient but also great fun to work with, and they are doing an excellent job!

Seeing this work being done so well reduces the stress that I felt when I could not give marketing, etc. the attention they deserved. I am still completely in control of content, which is particularly important when I am sending out technical content, but for the more day to day stuff I am more than happy that Cross Productions can deal with it without distracting me from my main work.

So My business had the absolute privilege of being pit in the amazing Niche Magazine, and it was surreal to begin with in all honesty, I net up with Emily Miller via phone call and was nervous and excited at the same time as I hadn’t really done this before so a big step for me to promote my work. When it came to actual interview Emily was brilliant and made it like it was a normal conversation whilst getting all they key information needed for the article and put my nerves to rest instantly.
