Poor design and customer service
The website shows a picture of the "coccoon pouch" with 2 golf balls gently held in the pouch. But when I tried the boxer briefs on, the "golf balls" were nowhere near the pouch. The pouch was way too low to be of any benefit, and I am a fairly average guy. So I decided immediately to return them. I sent a message and got back a reply to mail the package, but there was no return label, as promised in the written policy. So I had to request the mailing label, which I did receive. I mailed the package on 10/7 and it was delivered on 10/9. But there was no acknowledgement of receipt, and as of today, 10/17, I have not gotten any correspondence acknowledging receipt and have not gotten a refund.
Addendum 10/18- After sending a complaint, I did get a note from Crossfly that I will be getting a refund.

Excellent high quality comfortable…
Excellent high quality comfortable boxers. Yes I paid the same price for one pair that I'd normally pay for three pairs but the comfort of the fabric, the design of the fly are unmatched! I will definitely be investing in some more of these. You don't actually feel like you're wearing boxers when you have these on. The fabric is so soft and flexible and very comfortable. I didn't know if I'd use the fly feature as sometimes when standing up to pee when wearing trousers it can be a bit difficult to undo a zip and then try and use the fly feature, with other boxers, but this system works a treat. They also stay nice and fresh throughout the day. Yes they cost the same as a 3 pack of Ted Baker boxers on eBay, but I think they will last longer, wash up better and remain comfortable (i.e. not shrink in the wash!)

Love this underwear
Love this underwear. Bought one pair. Then two more and have now signed up to their regular subscription package. Super comfy pouch for your plums but the clever fly is what sells it for me. Rather than being a fight or a tangle to get to your bits, it just works. The drip-guard fabric is a bonus and the fabric is super soft. If I sound like I work for the company, please note that I don’t, I just really love their product!

5 star Undies
I’m a bit of an underwear aficionado, so was looking forward to trying these out. They fit great, look good on, give good support. The material feels good, soft against the skin and washes well. The fly is practical, I wish all trunks came with a fly as good as this. Delivery was speedy and I’ll definitely be ordering more in the near future.
