I have seldom gotten as many positive comments on clothing until I bought the two sweaters from Cross & Crown.

I'm not one to get compliments for my looks or my fashion. But I bought two of these and I swear every time I wear them I get compliments. So I bought two more to give me a little more variety.

Cross and Crown delivered the stylish sweater I ordered from them in a timely manner, This garment was of good quality and I subsequently ordered three additional sweaters of different colors which were delivered without a hitch. I would certainly order from Cross & Crown again.

The quality and style of the clothing is outstanding and suits me. My only problem has been sizes have run small.

1-star review only because zero is not an option, I order a sweater I saw on Facebook, but prior to ordering checked Amazon for the same item which appeared but all with Chinese sounding names, so I opted to pay more and order direct. The company appears to have an address in the US in FL. Order was finally received a month later after noticing it was being shipped from China. When it arrived, the sizing was way off (always were a medium and this one wasn't close), quality was cheap and lightweight (appeared like a bulky, warm sweater online). When I started return, I was told I could have a 30% credit or a full refund if I shipped it back to China, which by the way will cost more than I paid for the sweater originally. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! IT IS A SCAM AND THEY ARE MAKING 70% OFF ITEMS THEY KNOW PEOPLE WILL WANT TO RETURN AND NOT PAY THE EXPENSE TO DO SO!

Product was excellent, love the design

Their products are excellent, but the shipping time is not the greatest. You’ll like everything you purchase. I hope they will straighten out their shipping problem.

Chinese scammers just like Wilson-Brampton. All appearing on Facebook. Time Facebook took this off their site.

The sweater I bought was even better than I thought, so I ordered another in black!

Chinese company that has a presence on Facebook, and ads appear as an US based company. Order took 25 days to finally show up at my door. Multiple tracking numbers were given along the way, but good luck trying to find out who the shipper is. And once the shipper was found, the only assistance with tracking the package was an AI chat bot. Frustrating experience!

The only thing that I feel needs improved is the delivery times!

Pleased with the overall quality of the sweater. The sweater material is thinner than expected. Several loose threads hanging off upon opening which I cut carefully. Stitching is satisfactory.

Easy ordering, clear description of the products.
Delivery was quick and packaging was excellent.
I found the sizes run a bit smaller than what I usually expect.
Items were of good quality and well tailored.

It is a Chinese company making itself look like they are stateside. The order took 20 days to arrive. I ordered 3 items - The sizes are not American sizes. The XL item received was far to small for XL. Their web ordering system is flawed when ordering the other item it was being ordered as an XL then their system offered a "buy 2" option at a reduced price which I took and the size changed to Small which was not obvious. I will add that this company knows its is a "poor service company" as they must pay Google so Google Reviews cant be made online.

The website is impressive and the merchandise matches the pictures. As these were purchased as gifts, they have not been worn.
The only downside was the tracking, inconsistent. They arrived in great condition.
I would definitely purchase from the company again!
