I was inquiring today if tricks and castles is late on their rent at their storefront> she did laundry on privileges if it's a place to return a person for a brow_lift.

Stated returned items were damaged!!! Not even opened told them not send items.due to original delay!! Still sent after ackowladged email!!

Now after near 3.weeks state items are defected!!!

Absolute scam company!!!

My first review in March was never published. Here we go again (as Crooks&Castles STILL hasn't responded to any of my support emails or sent me my order). I placed my order in November 2024 and it was split into 2 orders. The first portion arrived within a couple weeks but the second part is still marked as "processing". I waited over a month to start contacting their support email, just asking for an update and they didn't respond. Now (literally 6 months later) they still haven't responded to over 20 emails total. The items they didn't ship were the most expensive items in the order and i paid them over 600 for those 5 items. I've been a loyal customer for years and it's ridiculous they haven't responded to even one single email. I even tried contacting them on social media and from my other email addy and NOTHING. 6 MONTHS later and they bamboozled me out of 6 bills. Hopefully this review doesn't get unpublished again (for no reason), as I have dozens of screenshots proving my attempts to communicate with them, and obviously screenshots and emails of the invoices and even the second part of the order still marked as only "order received".

Ordered many times and recieved my Clothes only a few times were my orders refunded also they make You wait a Week or 2 before they send but that is alright with Me. Thanks for the Cool Clothes Crooks and Castles and Keep up the Good Work!!!!!

My order was accepted and paid for in December but regardless of asking the Crooks for updates on my order since that time nothing has arrived.
Contrary to an email sent a week ago by the crooks that stated that my order had been shipped, the Crooks have NOT shipped my order according to the Shop app and further, the crooks will not issue a refund even though it’s them that have failed to comply with their own T&Cs of business.
Trading standards will be contacted

I ordered Dec 20, with the holidays I figured there would be a bit of a delay, it’s now Feb 4 and it’s still not shipped. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years totally disgusted with their customer service. They say they reply typically is 3 to 5 days but that’s utter bullshit I have contacted them 3 times over the last month and not a single reply

If I could give them a minus rating I would but this app won’t allow for that. I ordered stuff December 26 2024. Now I get with a holiday it may take longer but it’s been 17 business days. I’ve reached out via email a week ago and they say it could take up to 4 days to respond to said email. It’s been 6 days since the email. You took my $300 rather quickly yet here I am a month later and still don’t have my order and no one from your customer service has bothered to reach out to me to even attempt to resolve this. I also have the order number and to be clear it’s been saying processing order since the day I placed it! I either want my money back or my order and then some! Bunch of crooks!!

Their name is indeed quite telling. Despite paying extra for expedited shipping, my order arrived a month later via their standard, free shipping method. Upon arrival, the order was incomplete, yet the tracking indicated successful delivery. My attempts to contact customer support over the past three weeks have been unsuccessful, and my account has been blocked from their website, preventing access to order details or communication channels. This lack of responsiveness and the incomplete order strongly suggest fraudulent behavior. I strongly advise against supporting Crooks and Castle; their customer service is nonexistent, and their only apparent communication method is social media, where they simply block customers seeking resolution.

No Service no answers

Do not purchase clothes here, regardless of your location.

1 - They take weeks to even package your order and get it on its way.

2 - I asked for a refund on the day they finally decided to package their clothing, They did not wish to return my money & proceeded to send the package regardless of my wishes.

3- They proceeded to write the right address in the incorrect format, witch proceeded to then delay the shipping even more.

Summary:

Do not order from here, they will take your money and thats final.

I’ve spent almost 10k at the at crooks and castles site over past 10 years . Never had any real problems they just take mad long to send the stuff . Especially this time it’s been 9 days and still haven’t said my order is ready to be shipped .

Once they have your money that's it. If you require a refund you will have to pay for the return shipping yourself. Plus your refund will be minus your original shipping fee. And its not a refund its an e gift card only good for Crooks and more Crooks. I wont spend another cent there. I will continue to spread negative comments about the CROOKS.

We used to order from Crooks and Castles all the time and for Black Friday then we ordered some sweat pants and a hoody.

Sweat pants arrived but no hoody

We then get notified that the hoody is no longer coming but they are giving us a $65 GC

We wrote an email saying we would either like a comparable hoody sent (same price and shipping included as it should have arrived with everything else where we already paid shipping) or else a refund back into our card.

We said we do not want to pay full price for a hoody that we should have gotten on sale and we will not be paying shipping again for an order that should have arrived with everything else

We have messaged a dozen or more times and still have not had a single response besides the automated email saying they will get back to us.

Very disappointed after all the money that we spent there.

Also we seem to remember that we used to have points? Now no points to be found? Did they just take all our points away from us?

We are pretty darn livid.

Really wishing I had of read reviews here before I ordered, cuz I never would have. I placed an order on Nov 15 figuring there would be more than enough time to receive my items. Well, 3 weeks go by and nothing. I emailed them and got a generic response saying it's a busy time and orders can take up to 3-7 business days or more to ship. What does or more mean? 6 months from now? Seems like a cop out to me, but anyway, finally a shipping label was created on Dec 8 and as of today (Dec 19), it's still 'waiting to be picked up by Canada Post'. Definitely not getting this for Christmas which is a huge bummer and I'm losing faith I'll get it at all. My items are supposedly coming from Ottawa, which is 9 hrs away from me so I'm not understanding what it is taking so long. Emailed again a couple days ago, no response and I'm not holding my breath after read these comments. Do yourself a favour and don't order from their website. I've never had an experience like this ever, I'm so disappointed and I was really excited to give it as a gift :( $142 down the drain I guess.

Update: I disputed the charge with my credit card company and they did refund me which I'm thankful for. A couple of days later I get an email finally from C&C and they tell me that after looking into it, my package was 'lost in transit' and gave me a credit for $150. What a joke, I don't want anything from this company, and I won't be using the credit they gave me either. I'd be fuming if my bank didn't credit me back, I'd be stuck with a $150 credit for a store that I would no longer be supporting. Seriously guys, just don't do it lol.

ABSOLUTELY LIVID WITH THIS COMPANY!

i have tried to order from them THREE times now before xmas and each time my order has been canceled for NO reason. The last time i paid over $200 and my money has NOT been returned to me even though they canceled my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are HORRIBLE and a MASSIVE rip off.

Horrible experience! 30 day shipping times

TERRIBLE quality and customer service. I ordered one item and I received it damaged with a fairly large hole in it. I contacted support and they offered a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement and was told it would be sent asap. Three weeks have passed and I not received a replacement or a refund.

I contacted them again and they placed the blame on me by saying I never responded when I have screenshots of the conversation.
Now they’re only offering store credit which is just ridiculous. I will never purchase from this company again.

I've been buying Crook's gear for years. They recently refunded 700 points that had expired because I hadn't purchased from them in over a year. I then proceeded to order 6 shirts 2 sweatpants socks and underwear for less than 100 CAD.

Customer service was fast and they delivered a good service. Was very quick to answer on chat and honestly very happy with my death row merch
