Croner are excellent. David assisted us on a recent case and when his name came up I was very pleased as I have worked with David before on another matter. From start to finish David supports, updates, and coaches you through it.

I recently had two people come in to help me with Health & Safety - Callum Staples and Mark Walpole and both were excellent. They pointed me in the right direction for finding information within the Bright safe system. Callum Staples provided great support with writing risk assessments and Mark Walpole with compiling an audit, and developing a Health & Safety management system.

I contacted Dee Aspell yesterday for help getting a pass for an accreditation my company needed. Dee supplied the information straight away and was also extremely helpful with a technical problem I am having with Brightsafe. Dee is great to have around when expert advice is needed on HSE matters, and you never wait more than a few minutes for a response. Dee will acknowledge your email even if she has to come back to you later.

I cannot recommend Iwan Hulks highly enough. He recently assisted us with an Employment Tribunal matter where a judgment had initially been entered against our business due to documentation not being properly received. Iwan handled the case professionally, calmly, and thoroughly from start to finish.

His attention to detail, communication, and understanding of the process were excellent throughout, and thanks to his hard work and persistence we were successful in having the judgment overturned.

At what could have been a very stressful time for the business, Iwan provided clear advice, acted promptly, and gave us confidence throughout the process.

Darren Clemie helped us with our Health and Safety Follow up. Lovely fella and very helpful

We had an issue with an employee being unable to complete e-learning. I emailed Darren. C direct and he copied in the relevant people. I have had a second query and again Darren has been very helpful in signposting me to the correct department.
The company as a whole are quick to respond to HR queries and offer great advice. Darren has stood out to us as, even if it isn't his query to deal with, he will always pass it on to get us the help we require.
