I emailed customer service about a piece of their jewellery and they responded so quickly and were so lovely and eager to help.

Awful customer service. Took them 2 weeks to send to me by which date the event was over. I told them not to post and refund but they sent anyway and now will not refund the unopened and untouched earrings I bought.

I have quite a few pieces from Croia and they’re easily my most worn. They make every outfit so much more elevated and I grab my Croia pieces more than any other brand.

The absolute best! Have been ordering from Croía for years. I wear my necklace every single day including in water and it has never tarnished and still looks brand new, I have it over a year. Everything about the brand is perfection

Croia has the most beautiful pieces. Such good quality jewellery, doesn’t tarnish. Amie earrings are my favourite earrings ever.

I absolutely love Croía! I have been purchasing pieces from them the last few years and have built up a lovely collection. I wear Croía everyday and because of this I especially love the tarnish free aspect! From the packaging to the jewellery itself, everything feels thoughtfully designed.

Love the jewellery very light weight but the gold does tarnish on the mini not earrings other that that my bracelets and rings have never tarnished
