I have waited a while before I posted feedback because after having very very bad experiences with tradesman in the past I wanted to make sure all was Oks. Ben fitted a new septic waste tank after the one I had fitted by someone else two years previous had been done badly. I can not strongly recommended this company enough. They did a brilliant job.
Ben was smashing and nothing is too much trouble for them. There are so many bad tradesmen out there and I have suffered terrible with them but so pleased I found Croft drainage. Everything they said was true and honest. They do not rip you off or tell you lies like many.
If you are reading this review to see if to hire this firm then I can say yes.

You always worry when engaging new tradespople, especially when drainage and septic tanks are involved.

But .... I needn't have worried, Croft Drainage were one of the honest and most professional companies I have used in a long time.

Considering the recent water damage in Lincolnshire, they attended swiftly, got the quote over very quickly, turned up on the day they said and completed the job without fuss or mess and on budget.

If I say many more positive things you will think they have paid me to write this, but the fact is I have been burned by dodgy workmen in the past and I cannot praise Ben and his team more highly.

I would recommend this company to anyone requiring a high quality solution to their drainage problem. They were problem solvers from the outset to the finish of the job. They attended to the timescale agreed, worked efficiently and with good humour, and all the garden and paths were returned to a pristine state. Their attention to detail, including the rebuilding of a wall to conservation standards, was excellent. Altogether a good professional experience and a job well done.

The job was to replace an old septic tank with a domestic sewage treatment plant (to comply with new effluent regulations). Croft Drainage Solutions and Ben Usher came with a strong recommendation from someone we know and trust. Ben visited to survey the site and provided a firm quote for the project. A date was agreed and Ben and his team arrived on time. They carried out the work in a very efficient and professional manner, advising us on the best option for vehicle access in order to minimise disruption and mess. During the excavation work and the installing of the new plant, Ben kept us fully informed throughout the process and his team ensured the ground above and around the new tank was carefully reinstated afterwards. We are very pleased with the new installation which is surprisingly unobtrusive (with just two access hatches visible). In conclusion, a job very well done, and with the minimum of fuss. As a result, we are happy to recommend Croft Drainage Solutions.

From the initial site visit to completion of the installation we were very satisfied with the service we received.
