I am extremely disappointed with Crocs’…

I am extremely disappointed with Crocs’ customer service and handling of defective products.
I purchased a pair of Crocs that turned out to be defective. Under EU law (Directive (EU) 2019/771) and Spanish consumer protection legislation, I explicitly requested a replacement, which is my legal right. The product is currently in stock, so replacement is neither impossible nor disproportionate.
Despite this, Crocs repeatedly refused to replace the item and insisted on a refund instead, arguing that the product was purchased during a Black Friday promotion and is now sold at a higher price. This is not a valid legal reason to deny a replacement. Even worse, their communication implied that additional costs could apply or that neither the product nor the refund might be processed properly, which is unacceptable and contrary to consumer protection laws.
The law clearly states that replacement must be carried out free of charge, within a reasonable time, and without inconvenience to the consumer. Unfortunately, Crocs chose to ignore these obligations.
This experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and far below the standards expected from an international brand. Unless this issue is resolved properly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Spanish Consumer Protection Authorities.
I would strongly caution other customers to be aware of how Crocs handles defective products and consumer rights.

Injury from defective flip-flops — CROCS refuses responsibility

I bought a pair of CROCS flip-flops ("Iconic Comfort" line) and after just 30 minutes of casual walking, I ended up with open wounds on my toes. The sandals have a sharp rubber ridge on the upper straps — a clear manufacturing flaw — which caused the damage. I sent photos and a full explanation to CROCS customer service.

Their response? They refused to refund or accept a return because the item was "used". They completely ignored the fact that the defect only became apparent during normal use, which is exactly what consumer protection laws are meant to cover. Instead, they closed the case without taking any real interest in resolving the issue.

I’ve owned similar sandals for decades with zero issues. CROCS, a brand that claims to sell "comfort", has shown zero concern for customer safety or satisfaction.

Avoid at all costs — and don’t expect help if something goes wrong. I’ve filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre and will continue to pursue this.

Probably fraud.

My order don't coming 3 weeks.
This is probably a fraudulent site. I paid them three weeks ago for three pairs of shoes and I have no more information about the actual delivery situation. And yes, they sent an email that the order was supposedly delivered somewhere and by someone.
Useless and dangerous service, fraud, incompetence and a complete mess.
I hope the lawyer will resolve this issue and the culprits will be found.

Terribe website, customer service and delivery

I ordered a pair of shoes. The carrier company lost the package. I receive 4 calls from the company asking me if I had received the package when they clearly lost it. Crocs never communicated with me until I alerted them of the situation. Crocs did provide me with a coupon code to compensate me for the inconvenience, unfortunately, the code didn't work when I tried to apply it on their website. Their spanish website is the slowest page on the internet and the search function for sizes doesn't correctly filter. I'd rather walk barefoot than order shoes from here again.
