The experience couldn't have been better. I requested a quote from a competitor, who took one look at me and my home and implied that even if they could make and fit a door for my garage, I wouldn't be able to afford it. I rang to cancel the initial appointment with Crocodile on the competitor's advice that no suitable door existed because I didn't want to waste their time. Crocodile's rep thankfully insisted on coming to look because he was sure they could help. He did not assume my budget, explained all the options very clearly, found a suitable product and even came in at the bottom of the competitor's guide price. Crocodile kept me updated periodically. The fitters turned up on time, worked swiftly and quietly and left the place cleaner than they'd found it. The manufacture was swift and it looks fantastic. I can't recall the name of the lovely chap that I first met, but he, along with installers Mark and Paul, provided an exceptional service from start to finish.

Niel arrived super early this morning at 6.45 am, he was very efficient and repaired my doors within an hour!
So I could then get my car out!

From the first visit to the insulation very friendly very helpful service, today had door fitted by Ricardo & John great team worked together perfect insulation all explained 👏 cleaned up & put old door at front of my property, left clean love the door 10 out of 10 for work carried out from start to finish 😀

The two guys from Crocodile, Ricardo and John were so lovely and friendly ! They worked non stop from start to finish and took just 4 hours ! I am so so pleased and happy with the new garage door, it has met all my expectations and more besides. The lads were tidy/efficient and a joy to have at my property - well done Ricardo and John and thank you so much !!

When Mark and Paul arrived to fit the door Mark explained to me the procedure.
When the door was fitted Mark and Paul explained how to operate the door with the remote button. And manually.

Had my garage door fitted by Paul & Paul on 20th April.
They did an excellent job and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
First impressions always count- as soon as they arrived they could see I had just had a new drive laid and declined to park their van on my drive as it was dropping some oil. Very impressive....

The quality of the garage door, it's operation, the fitting and the handover were perfect.

Neil came to fix my garage door and did so very quickly. He was very friendly and helpful which was very reassuring to this elderly customer!

Had a major malfunction with my garage door coming away from its runners. Unable use garage doors. Spoke with Crocodile at 8.05 am the next day and the staff member contacted an engineer to attend as urgent. Contacted by Steve the engineer soon afterwards who said he would be in attendance with 30 minutes. Steve attended and brought with him the necessary part to effect av repair.
Garage doors repaired an operational within the hour.

Excellent follow up by staff member. Steve, the engineer knew what the problem was, had the parts to do the repair and got my garage doors working smoothly.

Mark and Paul came out to fit my roller garage door. It is an exceptional thing, with such tight tolerances that it has made our previously drafty garage warm and snug. Very impressive. The guys were great, prompt, professional and did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up after themselves, and it was as if the garage door just appeared in place, as it had always been there. 5 Stars for the company and the fitting team.

'Ricardo and John' did a fantastic job fitting a Crocodile garage door for us. The experience was great from beginning to end. They turned up an hour early and simply did the job without any fuss!

All through the process they’ve been very helpful. They made a mistake with one of the measurement’s , so then had to come back 2 weeks later. But Chris and Jake who erected it made the process nice and easy.

Had our new double garage door fitted today by Paul and Paul. Fantastic job, they arrived exactly on time and were literally no maintenance whatsoever, we like to look after tradespeople but they didn't want anything. Confirmed what were having done and then just got on with it without any fuss. 3 hours later, all done and dusted, ran through the procedures, did a demo, cleared up, all good. Everyone we've dealt from sales, survey and a couple of calls with the head office has been great. You can get cheaper but I'm pleased I went with Crocodile and that was based on the reviews and it hasn't been a disappointment. I'm confident we'll have many years of satisfaction with our door and it's transformed the look from outside and given us a bit more space inside as well as looking a lot tidier with the rollup design. Highly recommended.
