Very little help when my 3 month old…

Very little help when my 3 month old crockpot failed to work …purchased from Amazon.es and was sent from one to the other Crockpot to Amazon…Amazon to Crockpot …very poor service and a really bad quality slow cooker …the second one in 18 months …the first one after only 14 mths of minimal use all the non-stick coating started peeling away …the second one ( a ceramic inner ) the element failed after only 5 uses …would not recommend this companies products as they are obviously trading on their previous good reputation…but now charging more money for a much inferior product with serious QC issues, However, they throw in a bit of bad customer service as a bonus !
