Ordered 6 plates online. They arrived looking just as seen on the web page, and securely packed in non-plastic packaging - extra brownie points for that. Only took a couple of days too - very good.

Great service from the team at Crockery Direct. Their products are stunning. A couple of bowls broke during delivery because of mishandling by DPD and the replacements were personally delivered to me at my doorstep by the Founder. Well impressed and will definitely buy from them again.

Poor packing and absence of fragile warning in first package led to initial delivery being crushed and the cup smashed.
Second delivery arrived undamaged.
