Highly recommended

Charlie and Mike ensured our onboarding process was smooth and had minimal impact on our operations.
Mike was very patient and understanding of our reluctance to try another CRM after our last one didn't work out as planned. He took the extra time to fully reassure us that the CRM was the right fit for us, and we don't disagree.
Charlie has supported us through the process and is always there to answer our queries in a timely manner and offer his valued advice and experience.

A 9-year strategic partnership with Made in Britain that grows every year and adds more reciprocal value every time we sit down to think about 'what's next?'

Helped take MiB from 1K up to 2K members, we've now got our sights on 3,4 and 5K. And the team are all extremely easy (and nice) to spend time with.

They made it all happen

The team made our implementation both, easy and a custom fit to what we need and how we do things.
We now have a CRM which matches our needs, is intuitive and has been welcomed by the team (which means that they will use it!).

Excellent customer service

I have been really pleased with the service provided by CRM Insights. From my first call with them they have provided excellent advice as to which CRM system would be most suitable for the business. They have worked closely with me to customise Workbooks to ensure it was suitable for the needs of the business and have been very quick to respond with any additional advice and support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any business who needs support in developing a new CRM system.
