Dear Crossroads™️ Equipment Lease & Finance Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a recent interaction with one of your customer service representatives, Max Pineda. During our request for assistance, Mr. Pineda not only made the process unnecessarily difficult but responded with unkind and seemingly punitive behavior when asked to repeat a standard task. His attitude and approach conveyed a disregard for the basic principles of professional and ethical customer service.
According to customer care standards outlined by organizations such as the Better Business Bureau (.bbb.org) and Consumer Reports (consumerreports.org companies have a responsibility to treat all customers with fairness, respect, and efficiency—regardless of how many times help is needed. Intentionally complicating processes or responding with hostility violates these principles and reflects poorly on Crossroads™️ commitment to customer care.
We expect a company of Crossroads™️ scale and reputation to uphold the highest standards in service. Unfortunately, this experience has called that into question. It appears that some employees are either not trained adequately or are acting contrary to crossroads stated values.
I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed internally and that appropriate steps be taken to ensure that customers are treated with dignity and that assistance is provided without bias or retaliation.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I filed complaints on BBB & CR. As this is a legitimate issue we are currently dealing with. This company is by far the most unethical. Update now is that I was told it would be 1-2 days after approval and now it’s passed that timeline again. I am not surprised to say the least, I will be coordinating with a lawyer to file a lawsuit since now with their punitive behavior leading to further delays. This is now costing me financially which I will ensure they pay back in full at court.

Overall the experience with Crossroads can only be summed up as disappointing. A request to reduce the prepayment penalty was declined with the only explanation given as per the contract. The primary reason for selling the truck early was a lack of confidence in the reliability of the vehicle going forward. A third breakdown that occurred in short order involved the clutch, which is a costly repair. Furthermore, remaining coverage will be ending soon leading to an expectation of ever increasing repair expenses. As a result a business decision had to be made. Expenses incurred over the relatively short span of ownership were quite high and there was no consideration given by Crossroads to these extenuating circumstances.

First, let me say that I am grateful and appreciative for Kirstie. She made this process seamless! Her communication and outstanding work ethic is World Class!
As for Crossroads, I thank you for not only the approval for my semi truck but I thank you for supporting a small women owned minority business!
As women you can already understand how hard it is for us in the corporate world. Well in the trucking industry, it’s harsh!
