What a shocking company. Promised to fit internet then cancelled to the week after. One hour before install we get an email to say due to weather (light rain) they were unable to come for another 8 days. Didn’t even call. Would not recommend

Customer had ordered satellite broadband which requires installation at high level / roof (Clear line of sight to sky) via the use of Ladders. Our engineer said he didn’t think it was safe to install in rain and asked for the job to be rescheduled. We rescheduled the Job on the next available date just 3 Working days later (Its was May bank holiday so 4 days off). I email both cancelled customers immediately and was following up with a phone call when the customer called us. The health and safety of our engineers is paramount, and I am surprised that as the customer is in the construction industry they have no appreciation of this. The other customer we cancelled that day was very understanding and we will install there broadband on Tuesday morning as agreed weather permitting of course.
Couldn't recommend them enough.
Lee and his team are great. Couldn't recommend them enough.

When things went wrong Criterion had us up and running before 10am! Emailed Lee Smith at 8.30am and received a prompt reply “technician on the way”. Cant ask for more! Great service. Highly recommend.
