Don't use this site unless you have to - the cost is less than £5 via the official French Government site . You get exactly the same service - a temporary sticker via e-mail very quickly ( I got mine within 80 minutes ) and the one to put in your car a few days later in the post and they charge you about £30 for the "service" . It is no quicker but it can be a little scary to navigate - just use the details you have on the car registration documents . Even the official site warns you against using these websites . I don't understand why it takes so long between payment and recieving a valid pass. In the UK you can pay during the same day and it counts rather than pay and wait an unknown amount of time. We tried so hard to avoid the zone whilst waiting for it adding 3 hours to our journey not being able to exclude to zone in Google maps

I too fell for this. Professional website but this costs way more than the sticker bought direct from the French Government. Should be about £4, not £35!!!

Quick and easy,received digital certificate next day after ordering.Now to enjoy trip.Yes you could go through french site direct and save money,however they do recommend there could be a 3 to 4 week wait,only realised requirements of travel ,2 weeks before departure.I chose playing safe by using this company and they delivered.

if I hadn't been busy I would have realised I could get this directly from the french government website for 5 euros. I did think at the time it was expensive compared to the last one I bought lesson learned I suppose and did still get my sticker.

This is a scam and I got caught. Do not use any site other than the official French critair one. I paid £35 and it should have been less than £5.
