Quick delivery, well packaged, exactly what was ordered, great product

I've had the various crimpit devices for some time now and find them very useful - my recent order was for the latest recipe book. I'm looking forward to trying some new variations. I would recommend everyone giving them a try

I wish that there were negative stars so I could rate from that. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

This is just a gimmick to steal your money. In order to get the large one to work you can’t fill it very full (unlike what they show in their photos). If you put too much in the Crimpit which is a normal amount it will not seal. Which means you have to do less and it ends up making you lose half of your tortilla.

So I reached out to Crimpit to return it. All I have been getting is the run around. The first time they said I was doing it wrong. (How would they know that?) So they walked me through the steps of making one. It still didn’t work. And what I mean by it didn’t work is that the whole thing won’t seal or as you bite the other end pops open. It’s a waste of time and money. It’s easier to roll/fold your tortilla.

So when I told them that didn’t make any difference. They again told me I was doing it wrong like they live in my kitchen hiding like an elf to see if I’m doing it right or wrong. I just want to say, I don’t know how anyone could do it wrong it’s pretty self explanatory. And if I do have to do all of these extra steps to get it to work, then it’s easier to use our tortillas the good old fashioned way, and by that I mean is the way most people in the world use a tortilla.

So after this second response which obviously you can tell they are not allowing a return, and instead wasting my time to keep doing what the written instructions say and what they are saying and it still doesn’t work and it creates a loss of money because of how much tortilla you lose for it to kind of close but not all of it and then it squirts everywhere while you are trying to take a bite.

I can say I have never purchased a product that I hate as much as this. I think it’s made worse that they do not accept returns.

In summary, DO NOT BUY THIS, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! If you still insist on buying this piece of crap, buy from Amazon and check the return policy there. I’ve never had issues returning items to Amazon.

I love the products, I ordered the crimpit and I have to order the bundle with the Mini crimpit and the toaster crimpit . I love it and my children loves it too

My new favourite item in the kitchen. Its easy to use. There are a variety of fillings - often things that I need using up go in and make a tasty and nutritious lunch.

I’m addicted to use simple thing, it is very basic but when you get it half price it’s not a waste of money. Love trying new fillings and comes out perfect every time. Very quick and easy to use.

I could never make a good wrap but this really has help , great quaility . Bought all three .

We bought a few items from Crimpit and they all do exactly what it states, easy to use and the variety of things you can put in the wrap is endless.

Not really much of a time saver, and a bit hit or miss whether the parcel seals properly. Certainly the large size. You’d be better off learning how to roll a burrito properly, or make yourself a toastie.
I’ve more time for the mini crimpit to make snacks. It seems more effective and useful. I intend trying it to make empanadas, which they sort of are albeit with maíze based dough.
