I first bought from the Camden store of Criminal Damage many years ago. That purchase was for my five nephews many years ago, and ever since, they’ve eagerly awaited their yearly Criminal Damage gift!

I live abroad and this year I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address. I was so pleasantly surprised by how helpful Criminal Damage’s team was in sorting it out - they were responsive, kind, and fixed the issue quickly.

Thank you so much for making gifting easy and stress-free with yoru fab design and quality (and of course for helping elevate me to favorite Aunty status)

Trying to send a T-Shirt back that was a Medium but is absolutely enormous! following all advice for returns but to no avail…delaying tactics at every turn. Would not advise buying from this company online at all.

They don’t abide to consumer act.
No refund given for order that never arrived.
Had use charge back via credit card to get money back.

Even the size does not look right, I ordered size 8 but it looked small(trainer).

All both the box and the trainer damaged

Awful, parcel never arrived and charged me for it and 4 weeks later still no refund

This is the worst online shopping experience! They don't reply to emails. They don't accept returns during sales, only for exchange. I had to wait 3 weeks for an exchange! And this is within the UK. Terrible service. Now I can't delete my account in this store and they constantly send spam ads. I don't recommend it at all.

If you order from their website they pretend to send you the parcel and it never happens. Customer service is non existing. Do not buy from these scammers.

I didn't read reviews on here prior to buying one of their products from a third party however I wish I had. A hoodie I bought had its design fade after one wash and began to bleed into the fabric after I was caught out in the rain. I got no help from support so please DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

great to find a clothing company that fits my shape , highly recommend Criminal damage clothing for both there clothing and there customer service. Will be buying more soon.

Worst quality ever,

Bought 2 tracksuits for Christmas on the 2 for 80 deal, one fell apart after 1 wash and the other has shrunk a huge amount even though it has never been tumble dried and always hung to dry!

And when you email them with an issue there is never any response 👍🏼

I would avoid and stick to big brands like nike etc at least you know what you are getting from them even if it is a bit more costly

Ordered a pants, never received the package. Tried to email them but they didn’t want to help me at all. They don’t care about their customers, don’t order here !

I had a good experience with this company. Ordered on a Wednesday, dispatched by the Friday, received on the Monday and absolutely loved what I got. Will deffo be ordering again!!

The quality of the Tracksuits and Trainers is very nice but unfortunately the Logistics and Customer Service is very poor. I have places 3 orders with this company in which 2 out of 3 have been incorrect. On top of this the Customer Service Team either respond extremely slow or do not respond at all.
I have now thrown my recent purchase in the bin due to the item not being fit for purpose. I receiving one size 9 trainer and one size 11 so am unable to wear them.

I bought 2 T shirts for my son but when they eventually arrived they were very out of shape and box shape so very unflattering. (Faulty in design in my eyes) Eventhough my son liked the design on the t shirts he wouldn't have worn them because they didn't look right and £40 for 2 out of shape T shirts is not acceptable.... We decided to return them (for which we then had to pay a further £5 postage charge!)
The tracking states that Criminal Damage received the items back on 17 January but we have had no notification or email from them advising us of this or when we should be expecting a refund. (To receive an acknowledgement for a return is generally normal practice for any other retail company).

have ordered lots of clothes from them and never had an issue! love the licensed stuff like the Dragonball Z and pokemon stuff. very comfortable and the quality of it is very good! the stitching Is strong and colours are bold. would highly recommend

I placed an order 10 days ago and faced significant delays with delivery. Despite multiple attempts to reach out through DMs and emails, communication was poor. After finally receiving my parcel number, I discovered through DPD that the sender had not dispatched the item.

Now they said my order has been cancelled and I will receive a refund in 5-10 working days. Fingers crossed this doesn't turn into another horror story after reading countless similar tales. I'll keep you all posted.

Order a jacket on the 14th December been waiting 9days for it. They keep tell me it a problem with dpd and now it few days before Xmas there phonelines are closed. What a joke of a company and they really need to learn someone customers service skills. All i want is my jacket

Ordered 3 weeks before Christmas gifts for my son - payment taken then refunded because they have no stock. Clearly the website isn't linked to their stock warehouse so they've no idea what they have what they dont but they're happy to take the money, to find out they don't have your item and then refund. What a shambles of a company. It's now 2 days before Christmas and I have to find alternative gifts. Really poor.

So glad I ordered from CD. Despite some of the reviews I had a very seamless experience. Fast delivery and amazing quality tracksuit plus the BLANX collection is dope!

Bought sweatpants and trainers and the quality of these items are horrid especially for price point that is above average!
The zippers on the trainers gave up on 2nd wear and the fabric of the sweatpants is really thin as well as I’ve grown out of them fairly quickly.
