I didn’t like the results of my relative finder. I don’t recognize anyone on the list of extended family. I thought I would find connections with closer relatives. Also, I sent messages to all of my 6... See more

This does not deliver accurate information. Nor does it deliver the accurate testing paid for. I still have NOT received the 10 famous people, and the relative finder has delivered 0 relatives.

Every report is filled with fascinating details. They explain, in depth, how they scientifically gained
The incredibly accurate results. I learned more about myself than any therapist could offer. I not only learned what I am, but why I am and how I can use the information to better myself. I expected several reports to come in, but they give hundreds. I receive them almost everyday. I'm blown away by the accuracy!

When you buy the genetic test, just know that you will then have to pay even more than you paid for the test to actually access the data you are after. It is a bait and switch tactic.
If you do end up spending the extra $169 for the health data, just know that it is laid out in an incredibly unintuitive fashion, and finding actual information vs derived nonsense is extraordinarily difficult.
I do not recommend this company.

Smooth and informative experience discovering your ancestry and health markers, I would recommend it, especially for beginners😊

I got my report faster than anticipated. I learned I'm mostly German, which I did NOT know & several other ansestery suprizes BUT I was not impressed with the "Health reports" . They seemed to test for silly things & things that are obvious that I didn't need to pay extra for like if I have blue or brown eyes, if I am likely to smell asparagus in urine.. I wish the health report told me more serious health concerns that really matter. I was happy with the ansestery reports but I don't think the silly things it tells you about your "health" was worth it.

So far, I am satisfied with my experience. Very informative and results were surprising. I haven't had the chance to really explore my membership yet so theres much more to investigate.
Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting more than just a typical "pie chart" background story. CRI Genetics was the right choice for me.

It’s difficult to understand the results given in this website need a better more simplified explanation of exactly what the test results found

Do not use CRI Genetics! I felt totally ripped off. The results were inaccurate, the database is severely limited, and they trick you into buying 'credits' ($20 each) to unlock results after already paying a high upfront cost. No raw data download for other platforms, and no real customer support. A total bait-and-switch operation.

Not worth the money my husband and I paid. We purchased the most expensive plan they had and mostly all of the health and wellness section is locked. Don't use this site. Waste of money.

Was excited to learn about my ancestry. SO detailed! I am so happy I found this company. Thank you! A++++++

Tell people of Black Hebrew ancestry the truth of lineage starting in the Americas and stop telling INDIGENOUS black Americans they came from Africa when you can visually see the PHENOTYPES don't even match. Africans are HAMMIT'S we in the Americas are the TRUE SHEMITTES did you think the TRUTH would stay buried forever. You're test results need to be expose along with the other genetics companies need to be exposed possibly for test results not being truthful and inaccurate INTENTIONALLY hiding BLACK AMERICANS TRUE IDENTITY.

We've had nothing but problems even getting our tests to wherever they go to be tested. Stupid me never thought that there would be problems getting our tests back across the boarder into the USA. I know this isn't a CRI issue but it is worth considering if you live outside of the States. Although all the customer service people were fine to deal with, we have had so much trouble getting new kits plus paperwork. Finally, we thought everything was going OK, but one test is being returned again. It's nearly 3 months since I ordered the kits! I have a feeling that I wasted my money on this company.
Update. We requested our money back and within a week we were refunded.

First of all my results were totally wrong. I've had my DNA tested twice before. With this kit, I was told my estimated time was 6 to 8 weeks for results. I mailed in my kit and received the email that they had received it and would start working on it. One week later my results were in. One week? They either have no business and no kits too process, they did not test my DNA or have a secret way of processing DNA that the FBI and other agencies don't know about that speeds up the process. I really feel like I was scammed. The reports you get for the original amount you pay are very limited and very generic. Then you have to pay more to get a membership and buy credits to get the other important or interesting reports. Very bad business practice. Not upfront about what reports you actually get without paying more and the fact my results and the time it took to get them was very suspicious. Find a different place to buy a kit and test your DNA.

This is an expensive way to find out funny information such as if you are prone to hiccups, however not medically useful information.

My Mother's Heritage Is Definately North American Indian: Cherokee. I Falsely Assumed That The Additional Expensive DNA Search Of My Mother's Heritage Would Confirm This Reality; WRONG!

Didn't get true information. Didn't even tell me my nationality where I was born.

Reply from CRI Genetics
I believe that the DNA tested was not mine and certainly not worth the £100 paid. No full information was suppled. I shall try again, but shall do so by using the same company as my daughter and hopefully make contact with some Welsh relatives.

The first kit I ordered never was delivered , finally they sent a replacement, but I still can't register the new kit after 6 weeks

Reply from CRI Genetics
The service is lacking a lot of specifics. When comparing to 23and me or Ancestry.com this falls so short. The price is high but the information you get is so minimal. Unless you continue to upgrade and pay more. Not worth it.
