I needed the HS 41 Pro Bat, which was unavailable in stores across Ireland and the UK. I reached out to Cricket Closet, and despite needing a follow-up, their response was detailed and prompt.

Their customer service was excellent throughout the entire process, answering all my pre-purchase and post-payment queries. They shared pictures and a video of the bat for approval and were very accommodating, providing complimentary hand knocking, a clear protection sheet, and a toe guard.

The bat was delivered safely to Ireland via DHL Express, well-packed and prepared exactly as requested. I am very happy with the smooth remote communication and receiving the bat in perfect condition.

Great experience. I had a full cricket kit shipped to the USA. Everything arrived on time and in excellent condition. The bat came fully knocked. They threw in a few extra balls as well. All equipment is original CA quality. Excellent feedback and advice over WhatsApp. Highly recommended if you are looking to buy cricket equipment from Pakistan. Will definitely buy again if needed again.

I have bought 6 bats in total from them - a CA Pro bat, a CA Pro LE bat and 4 MB Mallik bats and each time I got the best customer service possible. The person who helped me is very knowledgeable about cricket bats and helped me every instance I was choosing a bat from them. All the bats I bought from them came pre-knocked and protective film applied which definitely helps with the reliability and longevity of the bats. I still knocked those for some time before using it for regular play. I have been using these bats for about couple of years now without any issues.

Bad experience and we ordered a CA bat T20 and was sent a defective product that not even close to a grade2 bat with 2 gaping holes filled with material, very bad experience, to all never buy from this company again!
