Great information that is available with Pro membership

With the need to be proficient in Crexi, I reached out via "contact us" for help. I was fortunate to be connected with Isa Reyes. Crexi has been a great platform for me as a commercial real estate agent. It makes searching, listing, and marketing properties easy. The platform saves time and improves deal flow. Their customer support team is also responsive and helpful!

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my Visa card.
I had been using Crexi.com ( a commercial real estate search engine) that offers a free membership and two premium memberships. At the beginning of 2023, I decided to upgrade to the $99/month to-month membership to search for a property. In October 2023, I successfully found the commercial property and deactivated the premium membership since I no longer needed Crexi’s services. However, instead of canceling all the charges on my credit card, Crexi continued to charge me $262.94 per month, resulting in a total of $4,223.04 in unauthorized charges. I never approved the 262.94 dollar subscription but since I did not need the service I did not look at my credit cards charges till the end of the year when I was doing my accounting.

I do love the platform and feel it has an abundance of useful tools. My experience with the sales team and zoom training is less than desirable. Sales who said I could reach out any time has not responded and his voice mailbox is full. I expressed my concern to the trainer, on not being able to get a hold of anyone and she was indifferent. The training is very canned and after 15 minutes she was ready to be done.

The Crexi team demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. They made adding listings seamless and ensured that I had a clear understanding of how to navigate and utilize the site effectively. Their support made the entire experience smooth and hassle-free.

The platform is good and provides enough information so you can expand your business. It is worthy if you have several listings to take advantage of the marketing. If you only have a few listings, may not be good for you . BE AWARE, the sales people will treat you like royalty but make sure you remember the expiration date of your agreement as it will automatically renew and they will deny cancellation, so you will be stuck for the remainder of your subscription
