Purchased a Tudor Sub from Cresus via Chrono24 and dealt with Christine.
A big thank you to Christine for going above and beyond in this transaction as I could not have gotten the watch with out her patience, effort, and excellent communication.
I spotted the watch on Chrono24 and immediately sent them an email as I have been looking for a clean dagggers & dots no date Sub for some time. Christine promptly responds in English (they are based in France) and directs me to register and check-out on their web site after a quick back and forth while putting the watch on hold for me. I am in Japan, using an American credit card for an online shop in France. As a result, my credit card keeps getting rejected. I got on the phone twice with CC company, but no dice. Through this whole series of CC rejections (around 8 times iirc), Christine is on the other end re-holding the watch for me each time my card is rejected since I was the first person to contact her about the watch. She was SUPER patient and understanding the whole time and could have easily just moved on to the next customer. Eventually, I gave up on the cc and paid a deposit via PayPal, and then wired the remaining funds some weeks later. The watch came shortly thereafter to my place in Japan and it was exactly as described. I took it to a couple shops that deal with vintage Rolex and Tudor and they gave it the OK as well. Christine was an absolute pleasure to deal with, the watch came quickly via Fedex, and was exactly as described. Super happy customer and I highly recommend Christine at Cresus.

I recently had at very bad experience with CRESUS and I want to warn everybody about dealing with them in the future as they can not be trusted.
A couple of days ago I inquired about a used Panerai Watch that CRESUS advertised om Crono24. After a short correspondence via email I made an offer that CRESUS immediately accepted via email. The deal was sealed - or so I thought... However, less than 19 hours after CRESUS accepted the deal I received this new email:
"Good morning Mr. XXXX,
Unfortunately, this watch Ref XXXX was reserved this morning by another client.
If the client decides not to finalize his order, we will contact you again to see if you are still interested.
We apologize for this inconvenience."
Needless to say I am very upset by this conduct in dealing with serious customers which I find extremely untrustworthy. Therefore, my only advice to any potential buyers is to find a reputable dealer/shop that stands by their written offers and respect their customers!!

We received quick replies to all our inquiries regarding our transaction with Cresus and everything arrived as expected. Thank you for the excellent handling/processing of our order!
Although the reservation did not go through via the internet, cresus.fr was willing to hold the watch back for a couple of days until I could make it to their Lyon boutique (which is conveniently located in the historic city center). Communinaction through email was very friendly and straightforward.
The watch itself was in perfect condition and box and papers were included. I wanted to change the leather strap and this was possbible in no time. Cresus produces their own range of straps which come in a huge variety and perfect craftmanship at reasonable prices. I was so pleased with them that I ended up taking two - including one in fantastic "Assolutamente" style!
The people at cresus.fr are extremely welcoming and friendly. All in all a place that I definitely recommend!
