I ordered from them Nov 28th. They told me for two weeks there was a delay on delivery. Then said a tech error has cancelled my order, I’d receive a refund 3-5 days.. that passed.. was told again to expect a refund 3-5 days. Now they don’t respond to any emails. My bank fraud team are now involved. Absolute disgrace! I had checked out their website, looked genuine and secure. Don’t be their next victim!

Fake site. Never received my order from 2 months ago. No way of contacting them because emails don't get response and contact form does not work.
There was a number 2 weeks ago on website but this has now disappeared and doesn’t connect when you do call it. Please do not waste your money like I did.

Terrible service
Terrible service! Do not order from this company. Apparently, they try to count one crest white strip as two separate strips, one for top and one for bottom teeth, and not as a whole strip… so you’re getting half the strips for an extortionate price (such as 5 strips instead of 10, which was the case for me… even though the order said 10). So I was only given half the order, and then not sent the rest or offered a refund. The order came extremely late as well, when it came to the delivery, with no apologies or anything for that either. I was in contact with Chesey who quit answering messages when I asked for the rest of my order or to be reimbursed for the strips not received. Do not order from this scam of a company and their lack of customer service.
