Without any questions, they replaced my damaged product in a matter of a week. Truly great customer service and very fair regardless of who's fault it was with my order coming in damaged!

My parcel disappeared at FedEx so I Contacted Crep Protect and within minutes someone said they’d look into in. They heard nothing from FedEx so no questions asked they sent out a new order for me. It makes a change for a company to have so good customer service. ☺️ Will 100% buy from them again.

I ordered €169.30 of products from crep. Unfortunately we were not in when the delivery was attempted. I was supposed to sign for the delivery so instead of taking it to a drop off point it was left on the doorstep in full view.
I contacted crep about this and the customer service was terrible. I was told I must get video evidence from doorbell cams which wasn’t possible because no one has them facing my house. It was then apparently my fault for not contacting the delivery driver so I can change the delivery date. They told me a full investigation would be launched but after 8 weeks I’ve heard nothing. At least crep got there money though.
In short I paid almost €170 for no products and the run around from customer service. The only thing I can review is the service as I haven’t got any products.

The cure is really good and works really well but I feel the spray protectant does not work very well not matter how much or little I put on it doesn’t work very well I could take a light work outside on concrete and it’s got some stains that’s my only drawback either make it better or make the spray cheaper

This is the first time I buy from crep protect and customer service is very very good, i order from Saudi Arabia.

Brilliant product and service is spot on. I had an issue with a pair of crep protector guards. Contacted customer service and within a few house a new pair had been dispatched free of charge along with a free air freshener and two cleaning wipes as a good will gesture. I have these guards in every pair of nike jordans and dunks i own.
