We were looking for a specific colour of trainer for a very fussy teenage son and Crep Exclusive came up through Google search, there was excellent choice of styles and colour and very competitive price range. Really excellent service! Rang up to check stock, paid online and it was in the post by the end of the day. Parcel arrived soon after.

They sent me the wrong trainers and refused to respond to any correspondence for over a week. They only replied after I had to involve PayPal to start a refund request. They took another week to even process the refund and then did not refund me the full amount! They are now ignoring all my correspondence asking for the full amount to be refunded.
