CreedMoorsports web site and a fellow named Sam
were great, easy to use and understanding.
Fed ex as a delivery service is terrible. I was home when Fed ex came by and near the front door. I did not see the driver. I did not hear a knock on the door, and did not hear the door bell. I just saw a missed delivery tag on the door. I immediately called Fed ex. took a long time maybe 6 minutes to make contact with a live person that could not speak underestandable English. Fed ex would not
have the truck come back, said they would try again
tomorroe but gave no delivery time. Said they had to take another call and it was CreedmooreSports fault do to the agreement Creedmore Sports wrote.
Call CreedmooreSports to complain.

Old highpower coat repair
I called to have my "iron maiden" jacket repaired. Creedmore could make as much money repairing my old coat as they could by selling a new one. But they choose not to. They state that they won't repair the old coat because "they didn't make it."
Old coat mfg (Hawkeye) is out of business, so I can't go there.
I'm really motivated to make other purchases from such a service oriented company!

With coats from other manufacturers, we simply can’t guarantee the outcome or stand behind the repair the way we expect to.
