Chase debts that dont exist and operate with idiots like Outfittery.

They have collected debts for me. however, they did not pay me correct amount with 300 GBP short.

We were kept informed at each stage of what was issued to our client. Dealt with a very friendly team.

I had a difficult client who was refusing to pay me and became quite abusive over emails - I never thought I would see the money, but the team at Creditreform managed to get the invoice paid!

Before going with Creditreform, I researched working with different debt collectors and found a lot of companies advertise to be 'No win, no fee' but the contracts state differently - Creditreform are a genuine 'no win, no fee' company who are transparent about everything. They've made my life so easy in collecting the money and I would highly recommend them. Would definitely use them again!

I had a puzzling, long-term case that their presence brought to a satisfactory conclusion. Money received.

Absolutely useless. They take on cases but you end up doing all the work. They are just desperate to close their cases and accept ridiculous non evidenced excuses from bad debtors despite reams of evidence to the contrary. Don't waste your time. Might as well open a curry takeaway, this lot.

Terrible service. The company starts an enquiry then just stops answering emails. Not recommended.
