Juda Smith sends out his normal cut copy paste email of " to evaluate your application, please send me your 6 months bank statements, ID And open loans" what application, Juda? We spoke 3 years ago and you offered terrible terms and then proceeded to ask me why I'm calling you to check the validity of whether or not we've done business or not. A - MCA loans are the beginning of the end of your company and 90% of cases as I have very well learned. B- these guys that are trying to "help" are sneakier and more pushy than any other low-grade door-to-door salesman possible. They charge above the legal limits allowed and if you ever default they will send a notice to any and everyone that you've ever done business with and say this client has defaulted send us all of the money that you owe them immediately because they have a UCC filing. You should consider closing your business before bringing on an mca loan. It's that serious. What prompted me to write this post???? It's the assumptive email that I have a pending application with a guy that I haven't spoken with in over 3 years. Asking immediately for 6 months of bank records, ID and other financial information, essentially the assumptive close. I hope this helps at least one person

Watch out for this company. They get you from a call list and will call relentlessly. They left 7 rude and vile voicemails within 10 minutes of each other. This pathetic call center that hires kids is rude, beligerant, and just disgusting. The number they call from: 1-519-684-9066

These scumbags are scam artist. Call me and said we talked few months ago regarding funding for my business. No we did not! They did not identify themselves. Then started arguing about how they know the law better than my attorney. The one I talked to said he's been doing it for 20 years while having the professionalism of a high school drop out. 20 years of scamming makes you an experienced scam artist, not a financial professional.

This "company" called and texted my cell phone today, claiming that I talked to them back in August and offering a line of credit for a business.

They did not even identify themselves, just blatantly lied to try to get a response. I have NEVER contacted anyone for any sort of line of credit, so their replies to other users about not cold calling is a lie.

Do not trust them, don't even answer the phone. Nothing good can come from a company who flat out lies from the start.

They will also claim someone else is using their business name...another lie. Read the other reviews and you will see the history of this shady "company"

Some guys called me from this company (with phone number (516)464-3939),and asked me if I need a loan for my business.I answer "No",he asked me why I don't need it...I asked him back why should I need it...he started getting mad and curse at me so loud with all "F" words...what is going on with this guy?

Creditline Capital has me on their cold call list. They called me 3x in a row until I picked up. I asked the sales person to remove me from their list and he became extremely rude and aggressive. Don't do business with this company!

Rafi and team are predatory lenders! They call me 10 plus times a day- I tell them to not call me and I hang up on them then they blow my phone up multiple times after. I doubt this is a legit operation- how could they be so desperate for business that they do this?

Spam Called after Months of telling the company NOT Interested. They can go on here and lie saying they didn't do this, they didn't do that, but these are LIES. They DO SPAM You to hell, and one DAVID TAL curses at you, DOES THREATEN to send out your information to other companies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BY ANY MEANS!

Nathan called me several times and i politely asked him to remove me from their list. he then started badgering and was rude and unprofessional. i appreciate and understand people have to have a job but no is no and for anyone personally or business to blow up someone's cell phone is as about as disrespectful as it gets. i would run from these clowns. if they dont respect your time or cell phone and do not listen to your needs or wants its not probably going to go well for you with a loan.

The representative that called me was using profanity and very rude disrespectful and unprofessional. Mind you he called me requesting bank statements and other information. I was asking him questions and he got an attitude saying he was doing me a favor and hung up on me. I would definitely “STAY AWAY “. Most of these people are con artists and loan sharks.

This entity just sends spam texts and calls. Do not do business with them!

Telemarketers. Just kept calling and harassing me. Even told me "you suck" when I asked to be removed from their list.

I have been getting bombarded by unsolicited calls from them and have had their number blocked and they are still calling using different numbers. When I did answer I was harassed and told off by the sales person after asking them to please stop calling.

After being promised a loan with better terms and amounts I found that that was anything but true. Less money, twice the interest rate and half the time I already had in place. Then Ben was nice enough to tell me to 'calm down'. This is my business and my life and I happen to take it seriously. Honesty and decency go along way - so stay away from this sham of a company

Creditline Capital Group is the name that popped up on my caller ID. I was busy at work but answered the call against my better judgment. After a brief sales pitch I said I was at work and not interested in a loan. When asked if there was a better time for them to call I said, "No, this was an unsolicited call and never call me back" and hung up. He immediately called back and started cursing me. Classy company.

They won’t stop calling me I have told them on several occasions! They have been sent a cease and desist letter and still won’t stop

Company called me 5 times after I told them i was not interested. Tacky sales tactics I would recommend them. Very shady business practices I can smell them through the phone.

Someone called me today saying in Oct I applied .. he stated my name then called me Sr.. I stated women aren’t seniors, he got stupid and started mocking me .. scammer company !!!!
