This is the worst bank EVER

This is the worst bank EVER! it is very easy to set up an account and to fund the account. But if you need access to the money its takes an act of congress to get “your money”. There is never anyone knowledgeable to answer questions and the average hold time is over 20min (this is after they verify you and then place you on the extended hold). The chat button does not work efficiently and emails are not answered. So any issue will take several days.
I put a large sum of money into a an CD. I also put money into the saving and tried to do a transfer of the funds a week later and was told my account was new and I could only transfer $10k per day with a $15k monthly transfer allowance (WHAT???) how can they restrict you from using your own money!??? As I type this I am on hold, passing 21min…..HORRIBLE

SustainableHome Lending Program is a Bust!

Credit Human’s SustainableHome Lending Program funded a solar project that still does not work, then ignored me when I asked for help.

About six weeks after the loan was funded, my solar installer filed for bankruptcy before completing the project. I am now left with a loan accruing interest on a solar system that produces nothing.

I contacted Credit Human twice in writing asking for assistance, interest relief, and a written response. Other than acknowledging my first request, they have not responded.

Before using Credit Human for solar financing, ask what happens if the project goes wrong. Based on my experience, I would strongly caution consumers to look elsewhere.

Run away from Credit Human

Credit Human's account page did not show we had any interest balance on our loan. Unfortunately the company that had told us about the loan made it sound that it was interest free for 6 months. When we paid off the loan after 5 months it wasn't clear that it had accumulated interest. We paid off the loan and the website showed we were at a 0 balance. The next month they said we still owed money, but the website still showed a 0 balance. Calling in an agent didn't know why we still had a balance. It finally took escalating to a manager to look into it to find out it was from accrued interest. By the time it was sorted out and we had paid that last bit off they had already reported that small balance as delinquent. I will never consider using Credit Human again and will discourage others from considering them.

Fine until you want your money back

My wife and I opened CDs. They had one of the highest interest rates at the time. Everything was fine. We even let the CDs renew for more time. No problem until the CDs matured and we wanted our money. You can't close the account online. You have to call. I'd initially funded the account via an ACH transfer from a local bank. Since the banks had been linked, I thought it would be easy to have my money sent back via ACH. It was not. Credit Human will only allow you to do ACH transfes of $15,000 per month. I've never encountered such a limitation. They claimed it was for security but it clearly wasn't. The banks had already been linked after verifying ownership via micro transactions. They had no problem getting over $15,000 via ACH but couldn't send out that way? They were very pushy about sending via wire transfer (and the associated fee). The only free way to get my money out was by having a check mailed. This is by far the least secure option invalidating their security claim.

Summary: Opening account - fine. Time with bank - fine. Closing account - fees, pressure and silly justifications.

Horrible Credit Union

I have been trying to get the interest from my CD transferred into my Savings on a monthly basis. I had to call to set this up. They say it's all set, but the money never gets transferred. Now I can't get them on the phone, and my emails go unanswered! I have filed complaints with the relevant Consumer and Federal Agencies

Employees lied about sending notifications of CD maturity

Employees lied about sending letter of CD maturity and emails notifying me of cd maturity. I found the only email from them was a standard account notice with no mention of anything else. They claimed to have sent me online notifications of which there were Zero signs of. These notifications were buried in a sub sub menu that no one would ever know where there as this company claimed to be unable to post highlighted notifications of important messages that need to be read; unlike every other financial institution in the world which can.

They wanted to steal over a THOUSAND DOLLARS from a 70+ years old senior for closing this CD account a few weeks late DUE TOTALLY TO THEIR INCOMPETENT INEPT WAY OF DOING BUSINESS to use the term very loosely.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS UN BUSINESSLIKE COMPANY! Don't say you weren't warned.

this so called NCUA.gov govt regulated…

this so called NCUA.gov govt regulated Texas San Antonio (#enron #usaa fraud #nationsbank > #bankofamerica north carolina 2008 + covid CA EDD fraud #ai meltdowns scenario) states in a Business Insider article online (news source) that The San Antonio Federal Credit Union in texas wanted to change its name with the government regulators to be kinder to people in other states. Thats on their application which was approved. One would then think #humankindness (copyright infrigement SF CA Dignity Health St Marys Hospital + others human kindness etc?) misleading marketing to steal opening deposits? since the members are all shareholders and its federally chartered not a state credit union it hasnt been really vetted like Federal Pentagon Credit Union which unlike USAA TX based fed savings bank / credit union / FDIC type bank...targeting military families offshore with no recourse if #ai decison due to perceived #fraud rampant in usa it seems among big data financial and fintech players who brown nose the regululators congress CFPB ADA DOJ AGs only to fail like silicon valley bank and its house of cards globally.....the ai has destroyed banking on a consumer and business level in all respects including FICO(R) scoring algorithm its a shame how Americans accept the abuse by the #ai fraud watch across all industries without a wimper gutless. FIRST DATA Tech operating out of OREGON WASH state Silicon Valley Silicon Beach CA for HP oldskool Pirates of Silicon valley docudrama movie ...ie. #80s #90s tech startups et al the birth of the internet this credit union attempts to get older seniors tech workers freelancers consultants developers into misleading marketing online spamming to death people as well as other robocall FTC violations etc.....this credit union is also a federally regulated FCU credit union by NCUA.org or NCUA.gov ?? I hope the OSC dot GOV office of special counsel DOJ Wash DC could take a peek at the inhouse operations policy and financial reporting requirements generally strict for FDIC your local bank with branches to see a teller in an emergency for cash ie medical covid et al which doesnt exist with genz millennials fav neobanks fintechs same ppl as silicon valley bank group that failed same as in dot com era same as in 2008 financial crisis housing meltdown bank repos dead market (as least homeless took over a home) back to 1929 bank holiday failure in usa historically and savings and loan failures caused in part by BankAmericard VISA MasterCard founding partner CA Based at the time Bank of American who perpetrated the robber barron fraud upon american businesses and consumers. yes robber barons can be west coast based as well not just NYC manufacturers hanover trust JP Morgan Chase Citibank et al you know them as other banks pretending to be fintechs today 2023. Most vetted credit unions sometimes are guilty of revenue value added marketing which is on the shady side of consumer fair rights ie david goldstein cbs la or david horowitch or your local tv station help person consumer advocate. PenFed is guilty of this however have never been fined and had a #whistleblower employee tag the ceo admin shareholders former military admirals generals et al and staff inhouse old boys networks acting as succubus drainig aways with fees lower income #e1 to e5 ie families usually in govt housing on or off bases globally funds needed for kids families emergencies and sent to el chapo pablo escobar breaking bad type ppl some of who are trump supporters hey google NRA types on the boards and contractors good old boys network hush hush but there in San Antonio they look the other way for these white collar crimes the families suffer and not just military families veterans and others same aS in the credit union we welcome retired and veterans or other groups affinity networks employer based so have been locked out of my credit unions accounts for at least one year now and they steal opening deposits then close your account since they block funding on their platforms ach transfer or by a card ie they dont work with mainsteam fincity plaid chase gave up attempting to connect human or usaa and manual attempts look like account takeover to their out of control excessive #ai security and staff (human) who stated in a letter snail mail we blocked all access due to perceived fraud on your new account as a disabled aarp senior vietnam vet combat avionics techie g dev past
my attempts at chase app to connect never happened. these credit union fees will take your initial opening deposit usually a card debit but then you cannot use the card to fund your new account after than usually. ach transfer 3 to 5 days is only way IF IF FDIC BANK mainstream attempts to connect the credit unions #ai denys then no funds transfer your account is

They still bank like it is 1980

They still bank like it is 1980. If you like faxing and snail mail then this is your bank. If you want to pay a bill online or get help with from customer service - this is not your bank.
