I had a fantastic experience dealing with Creditfix, specifically thanks to Mikeal Dhalapah in Customer Contact. Mikeal was extremely professional, patient, and clear throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made me feel comfortable, and handled everything efficiently. Exceptional customer service like this makes a huge difference. Highly recommended!

That’s not to say that the help offered by previous representatives of Creditfix was not efficient it a sense “it was”, it’s just Toni didn’t make me jump through hoops to get the help I needed.
