was a great experience, came with various car finance issues and i was made to feel understood and listened to by Jayshree Ramkhelawon who was a huge help in helping me understand the logistics around my case. this company has been nothing but super helpful since joining.

Excellent service from Vidhee Boyjoo. Easy to speak to and explained everything well.

It took me 30 minutes and 3 departments to make a payment but I was put through to a lovely lady called Cassandra Bridges. She helped me within a matter of minutes, helped calm my anxiety and was so lovely and refreshing to speak too. She’s an absolute star and a credit to this company. Her customer service is exceptional and helped resolve my query in a matter of moments.

I had a really positive experience with the customer service team. The representative was very understanding, patient, and took the time to properly listen to and understand my concerns. I rung up this afternoon, asking for advice and some clarification on my account. After initially talking to another employee, I was transferred to Caitlin Quinn who was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to raise things in our conversation I wouldn't have even thought of to make sure I was getting the support I needed throughout my IVA. She was extremely patient in regards to me sending the correct documents over, and replied so quickly to her emails, making sure I knew everything I needed too. Thank you so much Caitlin, you've really helped reduce the stress today and tackle a situation I've been trying to avoid. A real credit to the team.

Called Jayshree concerning a final payment. After 5.5 years, I am finally devoid of creditors, and thanks to Creditfix, I feel immensely relieved and have learned never to get into debt.
Jayshree was professional from the outset, kept me informed, and was efficient and quick. 10/10.

I want to write a review detailing my experience working with creditfix over a number of years
When I took out the initial IVA I found Creditfix extremely professional but very helpful and explained all aspects of what an IVA represented throughout the whole process I have nothing but praise and gratitude
I would be very happy to discuss my experiences if Creditfix wanted me to.
This culminated with my discussion with Yuvranee Conhye today where I found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful, explained everything I asked about and a pleasure to deal with.
I was very concerned throughout the length of the IVA and felt looked after during the 5 years

I got put through too Cassandra Bridges she was absolutely brilliant and solved my query with no hassle very polite and clear in in what she was explaining I'd give Cassandra 10/10 for her expertise

Priyamee, was the only person ive spoken to who was able to address certain questions i had about my iva and she was very attentive and sent everything i needed in written form aswell via email. Very easy to speak to, great customer service

I reported my situation to EbeneGate and they were immediately on it. They negotiated a payment that worked for me. My supervisor, Dylan Quail was a wonder to me. His leadership led to my completion of my IVA! It was a painful six years, but the end came up surprisingly quick. EbeneGate saw me through it all. Dylan and EbeneGate are to be commended!
