Our firm prides itself on helping consumers use the Federal Court System to correct Credit Reporting Errors and Inaccuracies. We work hard to help consumers that have unfortunately had Identity Theft harm their credit reports. We focus our legal practice on FCRA and FDCPA cases only, instead of practicing a wide variety of practice areas. We feel this makes our firm's staff and attorneys some of the most knowledgeable in the consumer law arena.

This firm went above and beyond to help…

This firm went above and beyond to help me correct several items on my credit report that was reporting inaccurate. I tried unsuccessfully for several years to remedy the errors. Jonathan and his firm stepped in and got things taken care of and with their help I was able to purchase a home for me and my family and move on with my life without the added stress of the errors on my credit report. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable and I don’t know what I would’ve done without their assistance.
