They are scam and deducted payments from people’s account. SCAM ALERT

Checked credit report and these guys have run a search on me. No idea why. 10 days later someone opens a bank account in my name. Have contacted them but they do not reply. Appears to be a scam.

Easy to use platform with some helpful tools such as the ability to see which factors are affecting my score the most. Handy to see this and my credit report in the same place so I can make better decisions about how I handle my money.

Came across Credible by chance because I needed acess to a more immediate alternative to the typical credit builders and credit checkers available to fix hiccups on my report asap.

Besides changes to modernise ui this turned out to be a handy platform giving you access to your credit report, features to improve your standing and detailed reasons for what's impacting your profile and to what degree. The level of insight provided allows you to take much more specific actionable steps in understanding how every factor affects you not just the major or moderate ones.

I noticed a dd for £9.94 on my statement.
My bank gave me the phone number 02071 838674. I spoke to a young lady who told me to a gocardless website but it didn’t give me any information. So I phoned the bank, cancelled the dd and they reimbursed £9.94.

**FRAUDULENT COMPANY, BEWARE. Charged £9.94 via a direct debit mandate that was not authorised.

Today a direct debit for £9.94 was taken from my account from Creddible. I had never heard of this company and certainly didn't set this up. I contacted my bank who cancelled the DD and refunded the money. I have no idea how this has happened without my authorisation. BE AWARE.

Fraudalent direct debits taken from child's account. If you see a direct debit to this company in your bank account cancel it immediately and inform your bank.

Fraudulently set up a direct debit on my account . This was then utilized to take out a loan with another company using same method. Refused to respond to any emails , very unprofessional

I just got this on my bank never herd of them did a search brought me hear so give me my 9.94 back

Fraudsters who take your money by exploiting the weaknesses in TSB's security which, incredibly, permit "Companies" to set up a direct debit (in our case for £9.94) on your account using only your sort code, account number and a name, any name, that does not need to be the name of the account holder(s). A far laxer process than the one they require of you to set up a DD!
When challenged the bank's line is: "Don't worry there's always the DD Guarantee Protection Scheme" In effect, cure's easier than prevention.

I too have just had a direct debit set up for £9.74 and have never heard of this company. I have cancelled the DD and will be contacting them.

As others have said, there's something dodgy about this 'company'.
They've completed credit searches on my credit file, I've no clue who they are.
No way of calling them - no valid phone numbers.

They're involved with ID theft/scams in some way.

As others have mentioned, I have had no dealings with this company, but today I see that a direct debit has been set up and 9.94 has been taken from my current account.

Unauthorised dd set up and £9.74 taken 2 months later. Clearly fraud going on somewhere
