Worst Bank I have Ever Experienced!

Our original bank in Crete was taken over by Credia Bank. We have been waiting 4 months to receive our new bank cards. We have made numerous requests to our branch in Hania, but have not received any help, and still don't have our new bank cards. This has made it almost impossible to live easily because we have to travel 45 minutes to get to the bank to draw out cash in person. In the end we decided to close our account. The branch in Hania have made it almost impossible to get the information we need to close our account. This bank is the worst bank I have experienced anywhere in the world!
