Very poor support team. It has taken them a week to do nothing despite promising me an update and solution days ago.
Really disappointing that they don’t try to communicate with clients, let alone provide adequate support.
I wouldn’t have minded if they had just told me that there was a delay but ignoring me for days after promising a same day reply and update is not good enough.
The rest of the software appears to work fine but the support team have made me not want to use Credentially again.

Very straight forward onboarding process. It would be great if you could add comments alongside the documents.
