Great and helpful customer service

I've been subscribed in creatorU for a year but i didn't use any of the tools that are included in the program. I was informed by trustpilot that is gonna be a yearly charge of 239$ and i was like "Ok, i'll keep in mind".
In 9th of October i received an email, informing me for my yearly creatorU subscription and my upcoming charge of 239$ at October 16th. Because i had never used the program and i couldn't afford to spend this amount, i cancelled my subscription and deactivated the automatic payment of my account. I received a notification that i will not have access anymore after Oct 16th. For making 100% sure that i won't be charged, i communicated with creatorU support, sending an email the exact same day.
I received the confirmation the day after, at Oct 10th, that my CreatorU subscription will not renew and I won't be charged any further. In Oct 16th i received the final email informing me that my subscription has been officially cancelled.
My customer service was great and relieving. Always keep an eye on your emails and notifications if you want to avoid upcoming charges and you'll have no problem!

Feeling Bitter

I woke up to a 239.00 charge on my account with no warning. I had paid 7.00 for a 1 year trial and cancelled long before the one year anniversary. I've emailed asking for a refund, and no response. You see, that's how they get you. They ask for a very low fee, let a year go by and then, surprise! I think what's so frustrating is that most of us work hard for our money. I've owned several businesses in my life, and I've always, always, done my customers right. It's how I sleep well at night. So that being said, be weary of ANY company that you read these type of reviews about.

Amazing content at bargain price!

I'll happily renew my subscription to CreatorU when it comes around.
I've had it for almost a year now, and for a very reasonable price I got access to hundreds of recordings and courses, from technical walk-throughs to marketing masterclasses. All are presented by industry experts who really get you all fired up to give it a try.
The live calls are worth the annual fee alone!
Strongly recommended.

Fabulous customer service!

Did not like that I made small purchases, then found myself subscribed ...and billed $285 !

Wrote asking this to be cancelled.wuth NO hope of hearing from them. To my surprise, customer service was wonderful!

Complete and utter scam

Complete and utter scam. A deceitful company relying on small print and attempt to catch people out. Lack of clarity in their system, offering a year free trial then making charges without adequate communication or authorisation a year later, then refusing to refund despite me never ever having used their product and having no intention of doing so. Avoid at all costs. Disgraceful.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - SCAM ARTISTS

AVOID AVOID AVOID - like others have charged $239 to my credit card - staying initially I didn’t have an active account with them then MAGICALLY finding one that apparently I verified. Also apparently sent a notice of the renewal but NO emails received from them before I emailed about this charge - scam artists !!!!! THEY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND so I have disputed it with my credit card company !!!

Excellant return experience

I got a charge and didn’t remember ordering or having it processed at a later date! I don’t do marketing anymore and so I contacted them and they returned the money with no problem at all! It was a great experience!

The same as above happened to me too.
I filed a dispute via paypal because they didn‘t answer to my initial email. After I filed the dispute, they wrote me an email that they will happily give me the money back if I mark the dispute as resolved. As I talked to paypal, they told me not to resolve it, because the firm could easily just give the money back if they wanted to.
I had a bad feeling about it and wanted to close the dispute just now but paypal decided some minutes ago - in their favor.
So now they seem to not want to give me back any money!
I‘m fed up with both, them and paypal!
That‘s just anything else than fair.
Keep away from this company!!
I never used the course they sold me at all so it was 249$ for nothing!!!!

SamCart.com have taken 239 USD from my bank account which was unauthorised. I have never heard of SamCart.com, have no correspondence from them and no receipt for what I've just been charged for. They are not replying to my emails and their chat function tells me there is no-one available at the minute. MAJOR SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!

Customer Service Win

I didn't realize that I still had a CreatorU account. It's something I signed up for to look at and it didn't end up being what I was looking for so I moved on. I was autobilled for a year's subscription and sent them an e-mail asking for a refund since I hadn't used the service. I didn't figure they'd give me one, but it was worth a shot. They e-mailed me back within 5 minutes and gave me exactly what I asked for. I could not be more impressed with the punctuality and professionalism

They charged me 197$ then later 239$ without any notice. There was a catchy video from CreatorU to teach you how to grow your Youtube channel for 10$. That was all that I signed up for. I haven't even opened that course because I didn't think I need it.
What's all this ROBBERY they're doing to people? Someone replied to me and said they're not able to refund me but only give me credits to use some courses.

Best service and customer experience

I purchased the course as a one-time payment for a 5-week course. Great and easy content! Unaware, it prolonged into a membership and I was charged. I contacted the support team and they helped me immediately to receive a full refund - also offering me other possibilities to proceed according to my own needs.
