Didn't arrived and it seen it never will.

I ordered a keychain for a coworker’s birthday a month in advance, and wasn’t able to give it to him well over a month after his birthday. Shipping took forever. I tracked the shipping and it was in China for weeks, then finally came to the US and sat at a facility a couple hours from where I live for a week before finally delivering. Coworker liked it, had a good laugh, but gifting it so late was uncomfortable. I will not order from here ever again. Hot tip for others: I have seen these keychains sold on eBay and elsewhere so maybe try googling around and finding another way to purchase.

I was a little taken aback by the bad reviews. I personally had a great experience, Ordered one photoshop and one premiere pro for my sister and myself, I ordered them much in advance so I’m not sure about the shipping time, but It arrived in time for her birthday. I was upset at first because mine arrived all scratched up, only to realise that It had a protective film. The keychains are adorable, and I found them very creative and I didn’t have any issues with them whatsoever. Didn’t have to contact support, So I cannot comment on that, but I had no problem!

It's been three months and still haven't received my order. Yes, the keychains are funny, yes a bit overpriced, but it seemed like a fun little treat to buy for myself. According to the tracking code my package has been stuck in processing for over two months now. Also figured out that the keychains are stolen art from another creator. Please don't spend your money here!!!

No communication, the keys came much later than expected and the quantities were wrong. Ordered this as a cure Christmas present for our creative team, couldn't gift even one because there were not enough per industry nevermind they all came late. Wrote to seller afterwards and NEVER heard back. SCAM

Wasted my hard earned money on this stupid scam.
They give you fake tracking that doesn't even show up on the website or Shop App.
I feel like such a noob for falling for this one.

I had zero communication for over a month after my order. I emailed twice. No reply.
The tracking codes they supply for shipping did not work.
It appears to be a scam company because I have absolutely no indication that my purchase is on it's way to me.
Avoid.

I'm so happy with the keychains I got from CreativKeys!! I bought 7 keychains to give away as presents to my friends and for myself as well. The condition of all the keychains were 10/10. Not a single scratch and the printing was very clean and clear.

My shipment came a little later than expected but their customer service team assisted me very well. In the end, I got my package 4 days after my first email to them!

I'm hoping to get more once they launch their new designs. I definitely will buy from them again!!

I found out about CreativKeys through an ad on Instagram. Immediately, it made me laugh because the keychains perfectly depict my life as a social media marketer & designer. I looked through their profile and found out they had Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. So I shared them with my friends and bought them right away! They even gave me a discount code so I did order 2 more of them for my pals.

Their support team was very friendly and helpful. I got it in end December and received my package sometime early January.

I was super excited!! The keychains were exactly what I hoped for them to be and it was even better when I removed the protective film. It's easier to get it off if you have nails :)

Since then, my friends all wanted to get a few for themselves as well. I'm glad that I was the first one to have it haha. Plus, my friends had to wait because CreativKeys were out of stock! Now that they're back in business, you can imagine how stoked my pals are to buy them.

To be honest, I really think that CreativKeys has done an amazing job with their marketing, customer support, shipping, and product quality. I hope to see even more creative and funny keychains soon!

I saw their advertising on Instagram and it's actually the first time I've clicked on one. Looking through their catalog I immediately feel like it was meant to be so I ordered several of the programs I wanted.

It came faster than expected about 6 days and the quality was extremely crisp and clear. The reason why you see scratches when you first open it is that it has a thin protective layer on both sides of the keychains which you need to remove and it will look brand new.
(Funny how people can't read instructions).

Overall I have a wonderful experience with the shipping times and product quality, and my bundle of keys never looked so good. Love your stuff Creativkeys, keep it up!!

Ordered 5 Premiere Pro and 2 FL Studio keychains for Christmas gifts and received only 1 Premiere Pro and 1 Maya(?????) keychain after about a month of shipping. Sent them three emails within the last 30 days explaining that I received the wrong order and intent to fix the issue. Guess what, no response! They don't even provide a phone number you can call so the only way to contact them is through email.

Taking my losses on a $70 purchase of Christmas gifts. Creativkeys, If you are a legitimate company, RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS AND STOP SWINDLING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY, AND TIME.

Don't order anything to those guys, ever.

I have ordered an item more than a month ago. It didn't arrive yet and they don't reply to emails or Facebook messages. Horrible!

Lacks customer service and I’m unable to find a way to return my damaged keychain.
I emailed this company twice about concerns of mine and got no response. Received my keychain over a month after I purchased it. It came in damaged with scratches and tiny chunks taken out at the top of the plastic. I have no way of getting a refund or sending this keychain back because they do not reply. They also seemed to have blocked me from their Facebook due to a reply to a comment someone made about how he was upset they didn’t respond to his emails either. I commented to him explaining how they didn’t reply to any of my emails either and it seems they have blocked me as I’m unable to review their Facebook or see/send comments. So clearly they care more about your money than about you as a customer. Cute keychains but terrible business practices. I don’t recommend purchasing anything from them.

Company is a scam. They have completely ripped off the product from a legitimate Etsy store called BeCoolDesigner. All the product photos and "customer reviews" are just stolen straight from the Etsy store and not from any of their own legitimate customers.

Paid extra for expedited shipping which was supposed to take 3-4 days, and they claim to dispatch within 48 hours. It's been almost a month now and the item still hasn't arrived.

Do not buy from them.
