Thanks for Maricel Castaneda for professional support

If there was a rating below 1, I would give that to Creative Zone. never again I would recommend using their services. They only know how to pass the buck but never find solutions. They will fleece you and you will run in circles. Very bad Management team who never come in front and only put dummies to say.."I will get back to you".

i was really confused after research on setting up a business in UAE because people from different companies had different opinions and provided completely different information.
so Furqan from creativezone provided me with accurate information and his team has delivered excellent service to me for company setup in UAE.
Furqan was always quick to respond on every query not only before the sale maturity but also in after sale queries.
i would highly recommend everyone to choose creativezone for professional company set up services in UAE.

The company is great and very flexible and fast in communication….Mostafa Sedeek he was following with me …he is really great….they are keeping in touch with me all the time….and explane every thing in details ….He is very helpful and cooperative…It was a great experience…Thanks alot

I used creative zone to get a golden visa and they were very prompt. The service was very good, seamless, communication clear.
The quote I got was also lower than other companies.

Thank you to Dean, Charlyn & Sandrea

unfortunately , my experience with this company services from a support team member " Charlyn " has been extremely disappointing. despite of empty promises . she consistently fail to deliver , leaving me frustrated and without resolution .communication is virtually nonexistent , with ignorant and no response to inquiries or concerns. Additionally , beware of hidden charges that conveniently appear after the fact . overall i can not recommend this service due to their poor communication , and failure to uphold their commitment .

Set up here if you want to be extremely overcharged and scammed. Great combo. And black mailed too when you want to move on with your company and have it under your control. Just horrible. Unfortunately the UAE system (especially the freezones) is still broken to allow such brokers with power to decide for you. Never again!

Everything was done according to the agreement and the team stayed in daily contact with me. Every step was explained and they followed up with the authorities and kept me informed. Perfect service and not only did they meet the timeline but the process was done significantly faster. Tanaz, Ryan and Ploy went out of there way to make everything work. 5 Stars for an excellent experience.

Good service from team Creative Zone. I would like to commend Ms Tanaz for assisting me with my request and expediting it. The rest of the team as well were helpful special mention to Tanaz and Rebecca . They are easy to reach and very accommodating. Thank you for your good service. Highly recommended.

WARNING: AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We've lost 80k AED for work not completed and CZ are refusing to respond to us.

Deeply shocked at the unprofessionalism and dishonesty we have experienced with Creative Zone. We've been working primarily with Zack. After 3 businesses formed over the past 5 years with this company and over 5 referred friends who have subsequently set up with CZ we now find ourselves in a serious legal situation.

Looking to CZ for support on a new company formation in Doha, we paid upfront for the full set up and worked hard to secure a commercial unit that suited our needs. After 6 months of unsuccessful searching we had to cancel our expansion into Doha.

Zack and Creative Zone then refused to pay the 80,500 AED we had spent on the set up.

Only a fraction of this set up fee was down to their professional fees (15,000). The remainder was for licence costs, municipality fees and so on. All external expenses.

Creative Zone have refused to refund us for the entire work, despite multiple voice messages explaining they would not "Hold onto our money and would refund us" from Zack.

Unfortunately they are trying to hold on to every Dirham.

We now find ourselves in a position where they are ignoring our calls, our messages and our emails. We are being ghosted by Creative Zone as they hold onto money they have not earned.

We now have to go down the legal route starting with the DED. Still, no response.

An incredibly short sighted approach from CZ who care very little about their customers, have zero loyalty and cannot be trusted.

Still waiting for your response.

A HUGE thank you to the team at Creative Zone!

We have recently made some changes to our Trade License. Including our company name and business activities.

With two of the company shareholders visiting Dubai for only 5 days we needed everything done with efficiency and no delays. I can certainly say we experienced maximum efficiency as our account managers Tanaz and Ploy were attentive and proactive throughout the process.

We’re now using the banking team at Creative Zone to setup our bank account. We’re looking forward to experiencing another streamlined and professional service with this!

Receptionist mark is decent boy always guides nicely
Thanks all
