I came across Creative wood trade whilst looking for a more cost effective (aka cheaper) alternative to the main DIY shops (you know the ones) for loft boards.

I contacted Creative Wood trade as I wanted to order more loft boards than their website said they had available and this is where creative wood stood out for me. I was contacted by Albano from the company and the customer service offered has been second to none. I was emailed to say the stock would be updated and after a brief (very helpful) email exchange, I was able to place the order and expedited delivery was accomadated for me (pretty much next day).

After placing the order I realised I'd over-ordered. I spoke to Albano again who gave me a call to say that the van had been loaded but if I just took how many were needed, I'd get a refund for the ones returned (which has since been given).

The quality of the loft boards is as good as any others I've ever bought.

Incredible service. I'd been looking online at these acoustic panels but wanted to see what they looked like before ordering. I found this company in Leeds and so glad I did. I dropped them an email over the weekend and by Monday 8.08am I had a response saying we could pop down and take a look. Albano who emailed me, showed us the panels which were great quality and a perfect colour match and he helped put them in our car. The service was fantastic and the price was good too. We've recommended to some of our friends who are also looking. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
I'm sure we will be back for more.

Stumbled across these on Google and couldn't believe the prices, far cheaper than anyone else. I ended up messaging them on FB to ask some questions and then placed an order which was delivered the next day. We've ordered twice now!

Summary:
- the best priced out of the six or so companies I looked at by a mile
- best customer care I've ever received
- 100% took the anxiety out of placing a large order with someone I'd never used

I placed a £600+ order from their website and realised I had not asked for delivery, yikes! I emailed them asking if I could arrange this and they got back to me in moments, and offered next day delivery!

The email exchange that followed was the most responsive customer care I've ever received, they went out of their way to check the status of delivery, utterly professional and took accountability for their service.

Never received such good care from an online company in a different part of the country. Using these guys is a no-brainer.
