Great content, but I was misled into paying twice

I’m a fan of Alaa’s work. As a professional designer myself, I admire what he’s built with Creative Soup and often recommend his resources. That said, I need to be honest about my recent experience.

I initially purchased the Giant Branding Bundle V2 for $49. Right after checkout, I was offered what looked like a limited-time upgrade — the I Want It All Brandbox for $99.50 (50% off).

Believing this was a step up that would replace or extend my original purchase, I accepted.

Later, I discovered that the more expensive bundle includes everything from the cheaper one. I paid for both — effectively paying twice for the same content — without any warning or clarity. That felt misleading.

I contacted Creative Soup for a fair solution — such as a refund of the duplicate bundle or a voucher — but haven’t received any response yet.

I still respect the work being done here, but I hope this can be addressed professionally. If resolved fairly, I’m happy to revise or remove this review.
