I came to Antalya from Scotland bricking it.

But got to say the staff at Dental Support Turkey put me at ease and have been very supportive. They are very organised, very professional, and very clean.

I've had more reassurance and understanding from the staff here than I have ever had from dentists back home.

Very special thanks to Berna, my aesthetic dentist, Yagmur, my focal point, and Serhat for being understanding right from my home town meet.

From the flight (that they found me), to the airport transfers, accomodation, taxi's for appointments, their communication and planning has been spot on.

I recently had my teeth done at creative smiles clinic and I honestly dont even know where to begin.. it has completely changed my life.
Before going, I was absolutely terrified. I had so much anxiety about the whole experience, but the team were so kind, patient and understanding, they cared and made me feel at ease straight away.
During the treatment, I felt nothing at all. Everything was explained to me step by step, and I was constantly reassured. They never rushed me and always made sure I was comfortable.
The care I received was incredible.
Every detail was thought about from the updates about when the driver was arriving, to keeping me informed about exactly what was being done and any changes along the way. It made me feel completely looked after and took away so much stress.
The biggest thing for me is the result... I cant stop smiling. I feel so much more confident in myself and its something ive wanted for such a long time. I genuinely feel like a new person.

Everything it’s so very good and profesional.

My husband and I both had treatment at Creative Smiles. Yagmur our personal assistant arranged all our appointments and transfers and answered all our questions. All the staff were friendly and attentive including Sofia - English first language who recommended some nice places to go while in Antayla. Our dentists were professional, hygienic and we felt confident in them. There was no pain during or after the treatment. We look forward to finishing our treatment in a few months.

Had such a great first visit the dentist is immaculate and all the staff are lovely and so proffessional, yagmur was our assistant and was so nice ❤️ my journey was painless and made everything so much better and easier for me due to dental phobia looking forward to my next visit for the final journey

I have had a great experience from start to finish. The staff are dentist were fantastic and the most professional I have dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of coming for dental treatment.

Creative smiles are so professional and caring I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them . My own experience was so easy , I was scared of dentists until I came here , my personal assistant yagmur was brilliant always keeping an eye on me because she knew I was scared , not anymore. I had 7 implants 5 teeth pulled out an the rest shaved , I had no pain whatsoever. The dentists a man and a woman were brilliant reassuring you all the time ,even the man on the camera was a great fella . Nothing but praise for them .

Recently visited creative smiles for my husbands dental treatment. There service and dedication is absolutely outstanding. There technology is top range with a gorgeous clean modern practice. We had changes made to my husbands plan because of his health and everyone at creative smiles supported us every step of the way. All procedures are done to the very best. After care is outstanding. Currently with temps in everyone thinks his temps look better than other peoples finals that have gone elsewhere where. He gets his finals in may and can’t wait! While at this visit I got my prices and started my treatment. I am petrified after horrific uk experiences but creative smiles team settled me supported me every step of the way. Implants and gum treatments change of fillings all done to a very high standard I go back in July for my final teeth and I feel less anxious knowing how well I am going to be looked after. When at the hotel you talk to many people at different clinics and there experiences always have a negative, I can truly say there is not one negative from creative smiles we have been treated like a king and queen. The team is wonderfully flexible and always willing to adapt to any changes we needed.
Our daughter had her veneers done here first, and her bro smile inspired us to contact the clinic ovrselves .

I am super happy with my new teeth! I got 2 implants and 24 crown veneers done in just 5 days. The results are amazing — such a beautiful smile! The service was excellent from start to finish. I came all the way from the USA, and they even picked me up from the airport and provided 6 nights at a hotel. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a perfect smile and great experience 😀 👍

A $10,000 crown fell off.
My first visit went great.
The surgeon was excellent — he removed several teeth, placed 6 implants, and added bone grafts. The healing process was very fast and without any issues.
The second visit, however, did not go as planned.
I was supposed to receive all my crowns within the 7 days promised by the clinic.
We booked a two-week trip so we could combine treatment with a vacation.
On the morning of day 5, the hotel informed us that it was our check-out day — and at that moment, I still didn’t have a single permanent crown in my mouth. The clinic reluctantly extended the stay by just one more day (a total of 6 days, not 7), repeatedly asking when we would move to a hotel at our own expense.
Once we started paying for the hotel ourselves, I still had no crowns. The teeth that were hurting under the temporary crowns were supposed to be treated and the nerves removed, but they didn’t have a doctor on-site — they had to call one in. Everything got delayed by another week. I finally got all my crowns placed on the second-to-last day of our trip. My whole mouth was hurting, and I couldn’t properly test or adjust the crowns just one day before my flight home.
When I noticed that several crowns were not fully seated, I told the clinic. They told me that “the gum will rise.” Every concern, every question, every pain — their answer was always: “It’s normal, it will pass.”
The clinic openly told us that they couldn’t see me sooner because they had American clients who needed everything done faster because of their flight schedules.
The doctor who installed the crowns (Betul Evmek) was irritated and unprofessional when I expressed discomfort or concerns about the crowns. I believe the attitude was biased.
They also filled the gaps from the implants with a material of a completely different color. It looks mismatched and unprofessional.
The clinic constantly advertises that they “do everything perfectly.” Well… clearly not.

Four weeks later, after returning home, one of the crowns fell off while I was brushing my teeth.
I was shocked.
I had to pay $60 with insurance ($160 without) to get it recemented. This was one of the crowns that was not seated properly. The gum still has not “risen.”
Now I can’t eat normally because I’m afraid my crowns will start falling off again. To say that I’m shocked is an understatement.
I saved money for two years for this treatment.
We flew all the way from Canada.
Now the clinic is offering to reimburse the $60 and asking me to delete my honest review.

I can thoroughly recommend Creative Smiles. In March 2025 I had all teeth removed, bone graft and temps in . No problems at all . Returned in September 2025 , temps out , permanent teeth fitted and I couldn’t be happier. Dr Berna is amazing

Traveling alone from the United States for dental work was one of the biggest and most emotional decisions I’ve ever made — but I’m so thankful I chose this clinic and team.

From the moment I landed, Lada made sure everything went smoothly. Even when my flight was delayed two hours, she coordinated my transfer and made sure I arrived safely at the hotel included in my package. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and I felt completely secure during my stay.

Sophia, who was born and raised in New Jersey, instantly made me feel comfortable. Having someone who understood my concerns clearly and could communicate fluently gave me so much peace of mind.

Dr. Berna was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. She took the time to explain each step, gave honest advice, and made sure I felt confident with every decision. The oral surgeon was also very accommodating — I didn’t feel any pain at all during my procedure.

This was my first visit — I had 8 implants placed, with fixed dentures on top and temporary crowns on the bottom. In six months, I’ll return to receive my 25 permanent zirconia crowns.

I cried, I laughed, and I walked away with my smile — and my confidence — restored. I’m deeply grateful for everyone who cared for me with patience, compassion, and excellence.

The process was smooth and worth it. I am very happy with my smile now. The staff was very understanding. I would recommend creative smiles to anyone.

Was recommended to creative smiles from colleagues at work I had a mouth full of failing teeth gum ression bone loss.was a little skeptical travelling to Turkey as you here to many horror stories.i had 19 teeth removed 10 implants a bone grafts done within 3 hrs didn't feel a thing very professional staff helpful and polite top notch dentistry clean modern building .I have fixed temporary teeth now that look amazing for 6 months while my implants fully heal before I go back for my permanents.Thank you so much Creative smiles

I was recommended this place by a friend and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr. Berna did an amazing job, teeth look very natural and detailed. She took the time to explain the best options, and her advice was spot on. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout. I came to dr Berna by recommendation of my friend. He got crowns several years ago and they still look brilliant! I got my veneers done by doctor Berna and I am absolutely in love with them.
I was following work of doctor Berna by some time and was delighted how natural veneers she makes. Attention to every detail. Final effect is even better than I expected :)
Now after seeing my smile my parents and friend are also coming for treatment :)

I have recently been to creative smiles for my implants the procedure went so well and pain free the worst part is the injection everything else u cant feel the doctors and staff make u feel at ease with everything so welcoming and kind towards me and my mum.
